1. Deus Ex
2. KotOR

I didn't find either especially fun to play and wound up stalling on both a few times, but Deus Ex at least feels like it is overall more entertaining on a moment to moment basis as you go in a straight line through the puzzles, scope out the area before engaging, and then the frenetic encounters. Whereas KotOR I remember most of it was sloooowly running around back and forth across ugly planets and boring dialogues and boring combats. It never became very exciting.

Considering AG games are randomly picked I do expect them to do worse overall than JAG tbh but I'm a bit surprised you put dark sun so low @Tangerine

Do you plan on doing Lufia 2 at least?

I rated these based on the order I'd recommend them to others. There's stuff I liked about Dark Sun, but it's very rough.

Edit: There's also a significant jump between Amberland and Hexx when it comes to how well I think of the game. Everything below Amberland were games that may have had a redeeming quality or two, but I wouldn't recommend to most people.

Out of all the AG games I started and didn't finish, I expected Wizardry VI to be way better than it was. Actually surprised at how bad it was overall vs what I expected.

6. Two Worlds
7. Darksiders

I've actually played more games from JAG but these are the ones for which I have a badge. Some games are hard to rate relatively to each other so perhaps I should also use Tangerine's notation. 1-5 I would unconditionally recommend, 6-8 - recommend with caveats, 9 - would not recommend.

Alpha Protocol is so much wasted potential and near greatness. If they'd been allowed to spend the time fixing it, it would have been remembered as one of the best.

No spy game without a chase level is a spy game. All spy movies have a chase scene, its integral to the genre.

That's the least of the problem. AP is so **** that even codexniggers who recommend it acknowledge how horrible the gameplay is. Which also makes the C&C irrelevant outside how to get laid because no one would ******* care about the detail of enemy placement when the gameplay sucks. Battlefield Hardline is a better RPG than AP can ever be.

Alfa Popamole may be a **** game, but it could have been a **** spy game if it had a chase. Without that, its just office espionage.

1. Icewind Dale
2. Storm of Zehir
3. Legends of Amberland

This was a tough one. Of the three, Icewind Dale has the best dungeons and it's AD&D, so I had to give it the nod despite being a rtwp Infinity engine game. Storm of Zehir was fun and introduced some important mechanics, but it was still just an expansion. And Legends of Amberland, although I loved the overworld exploration, it was a lighter retro RPG compared to the classics it emulates. Any of the first five Might & Magics I would have put at the top of the list.

Don't worry the third prequel that's coming out in 2 months will allegedly catch up to Of Orcs and Men and then the fourth presequel will tie it up

I have more thoughts on it here: viewtopic.php?p=277766-junior-adventure ... en#p277766

I put it below Raven's Cry because it didn't have ship battles.
