This game is going to be a time capsule of cringe. Every outdated gaming trope from the past eight years ago is going to be in this game. Overwatch and Fortnite aesthetics, quippy MCU writing, LGBTQ+ characters, "Orange Man Bad" villains, the insufferable strong girl boss, trailers with obnoxious pop music, open world ********, etc. I am beside myself with anticipation. This **** is going to be comedy gold.

According to the devs the game was originally going to be about the plot they had building up with Solas but decided to scrap that in favor of having the game be about your companions, your PC relationships with them and your companions personal quests. When I heard that I thought to myself; "Yeah, this game had a last minute rush job with the script after Baldur's Gate 3."

I am not sure how much it will effect things, but a lot of people were soured on BG3 and its antics. While they may still act like drones and throw money at it anyway, I do think a lot more hesitancy is going to be going around with this. I don't think it will touch anywhere near the sales of BG3. Also, BG3 did a good job of hiding a lot of the gay/*****/DEI crap during EA while this game is displaying it front and center (and people are noticing). Not to mention, Larian while still being Woke in the past, wasn't "hardcore" upfront about it, so a lot of people had favorable opinions of them going into BG3.

DA has had a lot of bad history (DA2 with its console action garbage) and DA:I with its *** main character and beast sex fiasco (I remember it flopping on its release, but these days you see people refer to it positively, so who knows...). I don't think this has the same things going for it that BG3 did.

I hope this goes the way of Suicide Squad, but we will see. The entire industry needs to be put through a wood chipper.

And what this guy doesn't understand is that when the studios no longer are focused on a project, they go "full in" on all of the woke. It is why a lot of popular TV shows when they are winding down on their last seasons will all of a sudden start pushing wild political narratives, mass *** stuff and literally berating the viewer. They don't care anymore and they open the flood gates.

You can see this back in shows like Star Trek NG where they started pushing all of mainstream talking points hard in the last season. The shows no longer tried to cleverly insert the agenda (ST was always woke to an extent, just disguised in various ways), they just blatantly started calling out the narratives openly by name.

To me, it makes perfect sense if they are winding down to have them go full in woke. I expect this to get outright insulting.

Lets just hope people aren't stupid and pay them to be berated.

All I've seen was the unofficial bioware forums. Most of the site was nonstop sperging about shipping wars and forcing the femshep meme. Every other post was some faggotry about whoever the hell Solas is in this game. I was hoping to find more people for ME3 Multiplayer but sadly it seems to be niche after the jank ******** that was Andromeda's take on the formula.

Mass Effect 3 multiplayer is still fun and its still just as quick to find a match as it was back in the beta. For some reason the ******* at nu-bioware decided to cut the fun horde mode from ME3 in the "Legendary edition", make all DLC free for the original ME and DA games, and then De-listed them with about a month's warning in advance.

Yet the fanbase still wants playable alien races, when it was already here. Over a decade ago now. In the one game they wouldn't shut up about the ending when the rest of the game was actually fun and enjoyable. All because it was the "cool" thing to ***** about much like its the "cool" thing to constantly ***** about woke **** now and people clearly let it live rent free in their heads instead of showing apathy and exclusively supporting non woke stuff with your actions and wallet. The same secondary ******* will also openly admit they never even touched the multiplayer mode or even played the game.

There was zero chance they'd make anything as good as what people experienced from BG3(i.e., the first act), therefore bioware was always going to be doomed post-BG3.

I can't in any right mind believe this. If you are specifically working with AI art and using it as a tool (as it should be), one of the first giveaways of it being AI and flawed are hands.
You would look for it immediately.
