Today I found out another horrible horrible factoid about BG3: The visual design of Bane.
Yes, the god of tyranny had actual visual design despite not making it into the game. The art was used for the MTG tie-in stuff. Ready to see it?

Yeah. Apparently Bane switched his divine domain to anime when the other gods weren't paying attention.
Honestly the more I learn about this game the less I'm angry about the unfinished stuff in it. I shudder to think how much more woke garbage they could've shoved in with another couple of months to work with.
Are... are the halflings throwing some kind of cat at the giant eagles?
Know what? I take back everything I've ever said about Larian. BG3 really is one of the greatest CRPGs ever developed.
I still feel that WOTC probably stuck its disease ridden **** in it.
After the surprise success and the online attention that it gained in the beginning of early access with act 1 available only, I believe the WOTC scum descended on Larian with their "consultants" to pervert the game as much as possible to their ideological illness.
**** I wish WOTC would die. The company AND the employees.

You may as well not bother replying to my posts if it's to argue anything except concrete facts or your personal opinion. I still probably won't see it.
Reject your retarded-wing political programming and learn to think.
If you can.

Gross.
This is a typical depiction of Bane:

Don't worry, they've made more than enough money to develop and sell multiple DLCs with all the slop they couldn't finish in time or didn't dare put in the main game for fear of hurting sales.

This means that Japanese players won’t be able to enable explicit content in the options menu, including “display of genitals,” “display of nudity in cutscenes,” and “view sex scenes.”
The epilogue tidied up most of the things I wasn't happy with in the original abrupt ending. Worth checking out, even if it's just an extra conversation with each of the companions and main allies. And yes, you do need to navigate Halsin's conversation with care lest you step on one of his many gay sex land mines.
The honour and custom difficulty settings look very interesting tbh.
That's all well and good, but has Larian fixed the extremely annoying bug that requires clicking "Send to Wares" twice when one selects all equipment? I'm guessing no.
The mod pack “ser Aylin” is a part of is called “No Alphabets.” It can’t be found on NexusMods, but you can find it elsewhere on sites like 4chan and RPGHQ. It not only changes the gender of Nightsong but also messes with other LGBTQ+ characters. To add insult to injury, it removes certain features from character creation as well.
So? what can they do?
Cry about it, that's what.
Can't deplatform us from our own platform, and Rusty has the gate kept.

How many more years before BG3 is safe for consumption? Also, need kobold mod.
If you install the required mods (and choose between the minimalist version of Better Aesthetics and AlbertHeinous Whiter version) it's pretty safe for consumption already.
How good is this game compared to the older BG's? From what I've seen it looks okay but not worthy of all the over-the-top praise.
I would say the combat mechanics/progression system with different classes is miles ahead what bg1/bg2 had especially all that elemental stuff you can combine. Game is more linear than bg1 one tho and you dont have an overworld map to explore. And no giant addon dungeon filled traps and hard bosses. Also you dont get xp from disarming traps anymore. 2 of the old companions from bg1 you get way too late in the game that I never used them. What I am not a fan off is that too many spells need concentration. Also you cant just cast spiderweb to trap enemies and then throw fireballs like I used to do that in bg1/2 a lot. That spiderweb burns and the enemies get free so you only can arrow or cantrip them. The new cantrips are a nice mechanic but most are crap except the warlock one. Characters cant say I have a huge favourite, they are all some what good or neutral. Astarion is the only one who is kinda mean but funny too and Minthara is just very pragmatic and wants power. Most romance stuff I didnt bother with also seems kinda flat for companions like Minthara. Thanks to the modding community I replayed that bg3 8 times already thats certainly a lot more than I replayed bg1/2 which was maybe 2-3 times but that has been a while but I plan to replay bg2 probably next year. Loved the underdark there and the underdark parts in bg3 are also the best there I would say. Sadly its only 2 areas, wish there was more.
Also certain classes like fighter with 3 attacks + haste + greatweapon master + blood elixier are way too op you can probably take out 5-8 smaller enemies on your own with that. Sorcerer with twin cast haste is also quite good. Wizzard kinda sucks without haste and extra attacks compared and you kinda dont really want to rest when your elixiers vanish after a rest so none spellslot classes became kinda my favourite. Also you can skip a few dream sequences then which become quite annoying in later playthroughs.
Act3 they turned the wokenes to eleven when it comes to vanilla random npcs, also my least favourite act since most things you do dont have many real choices which matter anymore, maybe you miss out on a legendary weapon or you cant recruit a companion anymore which you probably dont need for the remaining few hours playtime anymore. Most op items are in act 3 tho and there isnt that much you can use it on. Unless you use mods and get them early and maybe trade them for other magical items you dont need to make it somewhat balanced. Only two vanilla dragons in the game you can fight yet and only one has loot, bg2 had at least 3 and they had pretty op armors if I remember right.
