Have you made any progress with your mod version? If you can put up a tuto on how you do it, I can help if needed.

I have adjusted most skin Colors, but there are some NPCs that are difficult to find, and have required me to skip them for now. I've read this seems to be connected to cutscenes, but they're not where all the other NPCs are listed.

I have not yet adjusted any hair styles, hair color or replaced faces. Though SniperChris has already done a lot.

Hi! You don't know me but I downloaded your mod while it was online on Nexus. I found it during the idiotic spergfest on the BG3 subreddit (which unfortunately seems to have resulted in mass-reporting of your mod because Nexus is a trashfire).

I originally planned to write a short thank you on Nexus but since now can't I'll just do it here. So thank you, your mod makes the game much more enjoyable. I hated having my suspension of disbelief smacked back down to reality by the out-of-place black elf in what was supposedly a pretty isolationist druid circle. I'm willing to forgive Rath and Nettie since Halsin mentions in-game that Circles exchange members if they need to replenish numbers but I draw the line at Chultan elves. I haven't reached Act 3 yet but going by this thread chances are high that the city would've probably made me scowl at my screen in dismay.

Oh, by the way: When the reddit freakout happened some of the terminally online posters made snide comments about your "pink haired half-orc" remark. I thought, like them, that it was just a subtle remark about feminists with aposematic hair colors.

Turns out there are actual pink haired half-orcs in my game. Or at least there were, until your mod helped me excorcize these particular abominations.

Now I only need a mod to make Astarion less of a braindead **** (I was all prepared to like him since I usually enjoy the foppish rogue archetype but he's just an ******* who attended finshing school) and I'll be perfectly content with this game. At least until WotC decides that we're having too much fun again.

Thank you for your kind words. I wish I could say I'm surprised about people misrepresenting what I meant about pink-haired Half-Orcs. I literally included a picture on the mod page of one of the Half-Orcs I fixed. But people were also saying that the mod turns Wyll white... when you could just download the mod and see that's not the case at any point in the game because he's in your party! I noticed that. Also the implication that you made some other mods that would definitively get removed from the nexus.

He does? Good, I want to like Astarion after all. I've kept him in my party as often as I can purely because rogues are so useful. (Admittedly with dual crossbows because that's the broken combination of the game). If his suicidal stupidity improves that'll make the effort worth it I just gave the Durge cape to him after I got it. Invisibility does nothing for a blaster caster after all.

I was ready to agree completely until I actually finished the druid circle quest. However, Rath is ultimately portrayed as a spineless, gutless whimp. Yes, he's got reason and empathy... and does nothing to stop Kagha from actually killing a kid or corrupting the circle. If you actually kill the ***** then he doesn't even become the next leader when Halsin leaves, instead he calls for a backup from another circle.

I'm pretty sure his moral weakness and Halsin dunking on him like that was more of a lucky writing accident. Still, I enjoy seeing the strong black leader guy portrayed as a limp-dicked whimp for once.

Just checked the game - none of my Zhents are missing their heads in the Thieves' Guild. Do you have coordinates I could use? Also Fist Ulthred looks just like how I left him - what's wrong with his skin?

Fist Ulthred's dummy that dies in a cutscene, should have the same visuals as Fist Ulthred himself. According to the Dev notes in one of the lsf files.

Thanks you, I will check that asap. Do you have a list of NPC? (I have begun my own but I don't have finished the game yet).

I have a list of the ones I'm working on. Don't think it includes a lot of Kara-Tur elves and halflings though.
I just wrote down the names of the ones I didn't like on my playthrough.

I'll put up my edit soon. There's just a few more I need to find and edit. A handful eludes me.

We only started to dislike her when her first priority after defeating Ketheric Thorm was announcing to the world how much she wants to eat box. If that singular cinematic could be deleted (she never mentions it again), she would be a great character. I tried to do this in the mod, and succeeded in eliminating almost all of the lines, but couldn't eliminate the last line about "taking succour from each other's bodies." I am hoping someone else here will be able to help me with this going forward.

As for homosexual games? Are you forced to play them? No. You can choose not to pay for them, not to play them, and you can fight against their acceptance.

You kinda forced to play them, because the is no other (non homosexual games) games left (even other forms of cheap entertainment are full of this scum).
Fight against them is also impossible because cancel culture leaves you without work, salary and livelihood if you say something against their agenda.
Not paying for them is a good argument, but then regional problems begin, such as Internet providers monitoring clients and reporting to the police as soon as you download a pirated game.
So the only thing you can do is to pray that some modder will do a mod that clear game of this curse and you find a way to pirate game safely.

Two cats (His Majesty in Last Light Inn and Steelclaw in Moonrise Towers) are just floating heads. Since they share the same Sphynx cat body I assume it is related to that.

Some of the Githyanki that assault the Emperor still have extremely silly hairstyles and beards (one of the managed to look like a bugbear as a result). They aren't any of the five named ones during the "boss" fight though.

Otherwise nothing noteworthy that broke Good job!

Just installed and the Githyanki I found with vitilgo still has it. What a bizarre condition for devs to be focusing on. I hope to one day take advantage of a patrolling guard's Crohn's disease to slip past undetected.

Concerning the bugs:

1. The Cats. They were changed in Patch 3.0. The lslibtoolkit needs to be updated to handle the Patch 3.0 files.

2. The Githyanki in the Cinematic. It’s hard to find the Character Visuals data for NPCs appearing in cutscenes. They aren’t saved with their names or something obvious. I found most NPCs by cross-referencing their names in the loc file with their locations in the levels files.
