Did find an overlooked bright pink dragonborn npc with a thunderously terrible name (though a bit of a special case I guess)...
"Quil Grootslang"
Seems to be the stand in for Alfira if said bard meets her end before showing up at the DarkUrge's camp.
Ew!
Did Quil have any dragonborn specific dialogue?

I strongly advise: do not touch Quil.
She's not a random dragonborn because "BG/Elturel are fantasy San Francisco and all races appear lulz", she actually has a lore-appropriate backstory in dialogue: she's an exile from distant Dragonborn lands (Tymanther) and she'll tell you a bit about Dragonborn society and culture, though obviously with a massive bias since she's essentially a runaway trying to busk and hitchhike her way to the big city (and, appropriately ends up robbed MULTIPLE times before getting murdered by Durge). Also there's another dragonborn dude in Act 3 that mentions having heard of her, which is a nice callback.
That's how you're supposed to do unusual races in fantasy: they should be rare (there are zero other dragonborns in Act 1), they should attract curiosity and/or violence, and they should have a valid reason to be found so far away from their homelands. Quil checks all three.
Thanks brother. Can you possibly send your save file?
I think the only way this scene can be salvaged is by changing her voice & attire. I don't know why a lizard woman would be wearing a dress to show off cleavage, when the anatomy isn't compatible.

She is in a foreign land with almost zero dragon folk. There is absolutely no economic reason for local tailors to make clothes for lizards unless it's a private very pricy order. But there was probably a more boring reason for using this dress by devs. Yet again I am reminded how little modern writers care about filling their worlds and expanding lore with subtle background details.
It would be nice to remove laser eyes from vampire spawns as this mod do. Never understood this design choice...
Also this Mystra with new head mesh looks great, even better than RR version

So I have a stupidly large load order of over 600 mods so I couldn't even get all of No Alphabets to work and I don't even think I have all of this working properly, but even in just act 1 it's so refreshing to not see SO MANY DWARVES and random ethnic ethnic people, or native races that have their facial structure to align with ethnic people. It's like oh...idk, areas finally have a non-homogenized cultural identity again lol. Such an improvement, and sad that there needs to be such extensive, exhaustive mods to do what should be a given...
My mistake if I overlooked it during the descriptions, but are there any gender swaps during act 3. IMO it;s by far the worst in the third act where virtually EVERY SINGLE npc of prominence or authority that isn't a evil villain is a woman. Like literally every one. Act 3 is pretty much strong white woman, the game so if some of the NPCs like the Gur leader, the flaming fist leader, the paladin with Myrina, the main Rivington guards before Wyrm Rock, the Guild member near the boat, etc that would be great. And PLEASE tell me the dudes wearing dresses in the Shar Santuary have been edited...

That will be done separately in De-Girlboss. Here's the thread for it so you can track progress. I can't speak to it fully since I'm not working on it, but it's close to release

No prob man. Editing those NPCs myself singlehandedly was truly a struggle. It's hard being the sole author of such an ambitious mod! ragebaiting orin and silver rn
This mod completely altered the face of my character. Is there any way to prevent that?
Which head was it? You can probably go to the mirror and select "Vanilla Head [x]"
High Elf - head 5. Unfortunately there's no such option in the mirror. Would be nice to have an option to revert to vanilla character creator heads.
Mod version isn't bad, I just got used to the way it used to be I guess and changing it mid playthrough is kinda game breaking for me.
At the same time this mod makes so many great changes I'm torn between them and my character's vanilla appearance.
