I know you guys don't want to make a dozen special changes or options to the mod, but I recently talked to Counsillor Florrick in Last Light Inn.
While I think she looks great, her current face just does not fit her voice at all. I really think giving her back her vanilla head model while keeping the rest of the changes would be vastly more fitting :Inspector:
Florrick will likely be getting addressed on a different project.

I'm just wondering why you didn't change that ugly ***** Lakrissa. (I haven't gotten that far into the game, hopefully it's because she dies.)
Because we tried to avoid as many "changes for the sake of changing" that held no meaningful visual or lore friendly impact.
We did talk about "upgrading" Lakrissa for several reasons, so maybe she'll get her glow-up in the coming patch, with option to restore her to a simpler, previous RR version as well.
Change the boy Dringo back to a young man, please.

Is this guy supposed to look like that? Being a half drow, figured he'd look a bit more drowy. Not a change request, just asking if it's intended.

******* Ethel got in me in the tavern... Such a shameful end to my honor run. I'll wait for the next update for my next run.

So far I really liked the changes. Probably my favorite changes are in the Druid grove. Kagha look mesmerizing with her new eyes and gear. Rath looks like Halsin's hot brother. Nettie is such a cutie potato. They all great.

The only character I wish it had changed was that ******* gnome Mino. He looks so off near Jeorna and Maggran.

Got bored and put together a few tieflings, going off what I wished they looked like. More OG style, with them looking mostly human/elvish. I got rid of all tails, but ideally some npcs would still have them. The satyr mod on nexus has hooved feet which would be a nice, rare, addition. Being able to completely get rid of horns would also be nice. Fewer skin tones, but more variation in eye colors/eye types. I know Orin's mentioned coming up with a rework mod just for the tieflings and I can't wait to see what you guys come up with!

I kind of miss the halfling merchant in the grove just because my first character in Everquest was a halfling druid and I've always thought they were a race that fits that role well

I found another NPC that lacks the sparkley-glowey effect from Speak with Dead.

Marcus Falgor in Act 2.

Would you guys be able to publish your Sarevok as a standalone mod? I really appreciate your version that makes him more similar to his bg2 appearance.

There's an image of the new Korilla, but is there an image of new Hope? I'm deciding if I want to keep them as dwarves or not.

I'm not certain I like the new facial tattoos on Kagha, they overlap her headband.

They look like some drunk goth chicks Dark Urge would awkwardly hit on at their favorite band’s concert. Is this intentional?

If you talk to the black haired lady, she has a mature voice and is borderline on the brink of being sane (which is cool), so her looks are matching the voice.
Nothing wrong with the drow though.

Their hairstyles clearly don’t suit them, making them look weird. Maybe try something simpler?

Yeah, I can't picture that Drowess sitting in a salon chair getting her hair delicately feathered like that by some gay aasimar.

I've never played vanilla BG3 without this mod, so my current entertainment is seeing a good-looking character and immediately thinking: "There's no way Larian made you like this. The original must be another they/them woke abomination".

Screenshots of some hotties that made me think exactly that:

Unfortunately this mod is incompatible with Unique Tav, which I use to give my character battle scars without everyone else in the party having them. Using this mood disables Unique Tav. Shame because I like most changes in this mod but it feels least to me that some changes are bloat for the sake of bloat. Like changing the CC files which I think is the reason why Unique Tav is borked in this mod.

Shouldn't putting UTav lower in the mod order than Realms Restored fix the issue? That way Utav would rewrite the visuals and should work

Unfortuntely it isn't that simple. You need to edit the 'Heads' file to be compatible with UniqueTAV. Some of the heads already are though, but only the ones that were made that way by the original mod authors.

I did make a version for myself that allows you to use the 'More Makeup Tattoos And Scars' mod, which in turn had a patch for UniqueTAV so everything worked together. However the mod author for that one has now hidden that mod as they have a new one that does something like UniqueTAV combined (https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/mods/16955). I haven't tried it out yet to see if I can get everything working on it.

The new, better heads directly replace the old ones for every NPC. It's currently unavoidable and not something that can be fixed by simply removing the CC module.

I'm consistently getting a CTD at the guildhall in act 3 with swaps installed. Seems to crash right when you reach the bottom of the stairs and walk past the Half-Orc Elliot. Removing swaps fixed it

Unfortunately, I couldn't reproduce the crash at all. Neither RR Swaps pack version nor WIP new version of Swaps are failing. Ran around everywhere and talked to Elliot just fine.

Was the crash happening right at the stairs leading to Nine Fingers, when Elliot is standing in the corner in place of Uktar? Or was it during fight maybe?
And is there a possibility some other mod is conflicting with Swaps currently?
