ive been playing till Kuttenberg, I genuinely dislike this sequel at a deep level , the first felt very purist , like I was playing a game made by people that understood pre-modern sociality and values, the sequel feels very AAA, it's funny when I met Toth? The villain of the previous, game, I joked to myself, I bet there will be a clichΓ©d "why not join me, you know we are the same speech" there was ... then fighting him I thought I bet he dies and falls through the window, and he did, the whole game is like this, a post-modern pile of crap, I hate it, to me the Hans and Henry dialogue now feels gay coded, I suspect they wanted to make the gay option seem feasible, so made them very intimate, but they are way too close for hetro men, if I talked to my friends like Henry talks to Hans I would get laughed at and called a poof, or told to shut up .. they sound like a pair of old queens, bickering, a lot of the time , plus the gay option appeared with ZERO encouragement, I signed when the "nomads" turned up, because I knew there would be a racism narrative (yes you can avoid it, but the fact its there at all feels like an L) I got to Kuttenberg and I felt well this isnt gonna get better and quit (didn't pay for the game **** that, I don't fund woke sell outs, who hate Christians)

Overall it's not a bad game.

(-2) Like books from George Martin, it would be better if simply 1/3 was cut. Especially early in the game.

(-1) Too much AAA trash was put in there that spoils the pace. It tries to be a AAA movie. None of the movie stuff is reactive.

But...if nothing else comes out this year...it may be one of the best games this year (quote this bit)...because at least the world is nice detailed enough.

Like with Cyberpunk or Horizon Forbidden West, the world map makes up for a lot. Like those games as well, sound and music is good. Half the team is really good. Half is...you know what is...it's like a barrel of honey with some **** in it.

(0) Gameplay (fighting...) is mediocre or poor...(1) Reactivity is very insufficient. (2) Some bits are rubbish or cursed. (3) Story is merely okay, doesn't motivate, although some moments are good. Overall too little choice there.

But hey, few other games have toilets in the tower that have a real hole. You can look down it...and you see a giant pile of poo...a hundred feet below...where a body is also laying...which completes the quest to find the missing scribe.

I'd do a full review, but too lazy to take screenshots! Anybody wanna donate screenshots?

Is that the quest where you help a jewish miller build a golem?

its a made up story by the miller, which actually makes gunpowder, but you can snitch on him at the vogt and he and his 2 helpers get hanged or you kill them yourself... one of the few npcs which arent immortal

Just a reminder that none of these people actually finished the game.

That's a pretty decent number, considering the size of the game. Just slightly lower than DivOS2.

KCD1's completion rate was only 11%.

Based on Steam numbers, average completion rate for RPGs seems to be between 20-40%.

I have an excuse for this, the credits play before the epilogue mission which is ********. The actual ending quest is after the credits and if you own Hans' DLC (IN WHICH YOU HELP HIM ROMANCE A WOMAN :groan: ) you have to finish it if you didn't play it.

Independently? You have to steal 1 book and a scroll for him which talk about that topic. Also if you talk to him he says a priest invented it way before him.

Feels it should be much lower, especially if you include all RPGs. KCD1 has 11.7% for ex.

I dont think anyone else than the miller himself ever says he made gunpowder. He never said that he was the first to make it. And the Hungarians/Sigismund also have gunpowder in the game and there is nothing to imply he provides all the gunpowder in bohemia either.

That always amazes me. Whenever I enter a game like KCD I just go around the world doing everything but the main quest.
