nah but 100-200k might very well be. if you pay for it anyway and something that at least had somewhat of budget comes along why not take a look.
but honsetly it would really be great if ms offers some numbers on it but hat also goes for playstation, gog etc. steam is the only service offering this as far as is can tell which will make numbers less usefull. For example if i can get something on gog on day1 i always buy gog so it will not show up in steam numbers. cant be the only one
the number is useless because a lot of people will install it just to try it out and play it for an hour or two
I know a couple people with gamepass and they try a bunch of garbage they don't even like
well that is what they are going for i think. invite you to experiment maybe find something you like and stick around for the next payment cycle. I have to say i am not completly against this gamestreaming thing. most stuff i play exactly once that it just clutters my steamlib. but gamepass lacks good game still. i somewhat liked super luckys tale (yeag babygame i know still fun) and gears of war 5 was not completly offensive but that was basically it.

It is. From what I've seen on @Cheeseknife stream the games only saving grace is the combat system. Cheeseknife has stated that the combat is decent and the magic system is interesting but other then that it is pure slop. The character and world designs are ugly. It makes Concord look like the Sistine Chapel. The story is boring and forgettable. There is little to no RPG elements in the game. All dialogue options boil down to 1. Yes. 2. Yes. 3. Yes. 4. Somewhat disagree but also yes. Speaking of dialogue it is very disjointed and strange. Real people don't talk like the characters in Avowed do. The only other saving grace for this game, besides the combat, is that the game is mercifully short unlike KCD2.
From what little I saw, even the combat looked bad. Spam your attack at enemy that soaks up hits and runs through them to perform a power attack on you. Rinse, repeat.
I assume there's more to it that I haven't seen if you/@Cheeseknife are saying otherwise.
I'll grant that I'm playing on Normal mode but I have tried the game on its hardest difficulty and there you have to plan ahead a bit and be more aware of what the individual enemies are doing. At the moment, it pays off just to see if I can distance myself and shoot everything with a musket. Being a wizard is complex because you have to be aware of what spells are handy and you have to watch your resources a bit, but the payoff is immense.
What I've said is that the combat belongs in a better game. But I really do enjoy the boom of the musket and watching the enemies ragdoll on death. Very satisfying.
My basic loadout is a sword and shield if I need to fight enemies in melee, but mostly staying at a distance and shooting enemies in the head with my musket. It's not as stylish as casting spells, but I enjoy being a snipe, nabbing head shots while dodging and weaving.

Something I discovered in one particular dungeon is that your companions will NOT remove themselves from danger, no matter how much lethal damage they take. They will sit in the middle of a danger zone without any sense of self-preservation.
I get most of my games from GOG, but since I have 0 interest in even pirating this turd then I don't really care if it ever becomes available in GOG at all.
I deleted the game after an hour of playing. Every ******* NPC. So. *******. Emotionless. MC is so ******* special nobody can figure out his special as ****, mysterious, moldy, godlike features are tied to the moldy mysterious plague. I googled companions and was glad I didn't spend more time on that turd of a game. Character creator was a personal slap, Failguard incarnate, but even Failguard got budget for more sliders.

Surley you didn't expect anything else, right?
I would honestly also probably try it if it was on gog, just too see how bad it can get.

I've already had enough of seeing devs castrating not only themselves, but their franchise as well.
No, you can not. Two of them will always be with you. And there are quests where specific companions have to be present, so, you do not even free to choose which companions follow you.

And I thought everyone agreed that was bad design after nwn2

> B-B-B-BUT IT'S ON GAMEPASS!!
> Other game on day 1 gamepass:
that is a much bigger ip same with starfield. they will have bigger numbers on all platforms.
also stalker and starfield/bethesda are known for big modding community. gamepass is utter trash for modding. Then stalker will add multiplayer gamepass is also trash for that cause no crossplay.
and btw i am not saying that avowed made milion of players on gamepass i am just saying going purely by steamdb is not the smartest choice cause there are factors that will favor steam that not all games have so the distribution can be quite different.
anyways:
avowed has good gameplay i like the fighting sadly it is just quite boring and not very eyepleasing so i will not continue playing it.
Can't have a long hairstyle, no extra sliders, absolute ******* lack of customization in general, no friendship or romance, companions are ugly, voice actors banned from acting, BUT lots of cardboard NPCs and a castrated plot. But hey, take that bark thingy, you can pretend you didn't see any of these.
Boy am I glad they didn't use PoE's characters in that ******* mess.
