Edit: At least the Patreon is starting to decline. They had around 60k in January and lost a third of that now. 40k is still way too good for him and his lickspittles though.

I ******* called it too, the reason they were barely showing anything about Taash right up until release. From the moment 'Corrine' Busch insisted that ALL the companions weren't player-sexual they were PAN-sexual I knew, I knew in my ******* gut this was going to be a degenerate disaster.

EA can copyright strike all it wants, the game comes out tomorrow. I've lost all respect for Mortismal, Slandered Gaming, and Renfail.

Dragon Age II was slapped together in like, what, 14 months? It accounted for 20-ish choices from the previous game. Inquisition took into account a similar number across two games. TEN YEARS and I get THREE choices taken into account, can't escape or ignore they/them PRONOUN ********, and have to watch Isabella do a ******* STRUGGLE SESSION?!!

I hate gay race communism. I hate Blackrock and Vanguard. I hate the Synagogue of Satan.

I'll be playing Origins on release day. I MIGHT get this, when it's 60-80% off in a few months and some mods to make it somewhat bearable are available. Maybe, though now...very unlikely.

God, I hate feeling like I wasted ten years waiting for an epic conclusion to this story arc about Solas, the Black City, and the Fade. 'Trick' Weekes and his pet elf can be remembered as the final nail in EaWare's coffin. **** 'em.

Just found out you can't actually kill Solas in this game and that they walked back romance scenes to underwear and fade-to-black. An M-rated game where there's barely any blood, precious little body horror, no real titillation, AND where you can't even kill 'Trick' Weekes' pet Marty Stu Elf? ON TOP OF the cringy shitlib so-called 'writing'?!? **** this ****, I'm not even buying it on sale, much less taking the risk to pirate it. Gonna finish my Origins run for the Adventurer's Guild, then play through the others, just as a palette-cleanser from what I happened to watch of this pathetic excuse of a game.

Just finished Dragon Age Failguard . Not as bad as I thought purely on a gameplay level but the writing is ******* dogshit and an absolute insult to a finality to the Dragon Age series.

Admittedly, I haven't touched this pile of garbage after watching part of a playthrough. Outside of some pretty environment everything in the game is ***: lore, character writing, story writing...

The story of DA was always competent but basic. What I loved was how well developed and varied the characters and their personalities were. This game has none of that. The characters range from boring (the necromander and assassin) to absolutely heinous wastes of money, effort, disk space and time (Traash).

I have better games to spend my time on. Currently waiting to see if Towers of Aghasba holds up. I might write a review for that one. Are reviews for early access titles allowed? I don't remember.

Edit: I just re-watched a scene to confirm that yes, this pile of **** is irredeemable.
