Steam reviews are very, very rarely deleted. I think some developers have abused it before and had swift action taken against them by valve.
Thank you for your attention to this matter!

You forget this has been given by nvidia pretty much free, numbers add up i think.
What was given, though? A code for Steam?
GPU codes are (now) activated in a way that scans your PC for the hardware so you can't sell them. I'm unsure if it's a Steam or nuOrigin copy though.
Just curious if those thousands of players on Steam honestly spent over 70 dollars on the game or got it for free.

but at least it's not Yuge success either.
It's not any type of success, this is a probable studio destroying flop.

I'm doubtful of what kind of tail this will actually have and whether the weekend bump will actually push it up that much higher.
Weekend will show how it has done, but I doubt it'll get much over 100k concurrent players, and I hope you are right, if they close Bioware because of this the reaction going to be lulzy.

I haven't played Dragon Age 2 or Inquisition because I Liked Origins and I know they don't hold up and would only disappoint me.
So, no, I would never play this degenerate trash Dilation Age: FailHard

Is DAO worth it? I've never really given it a chance due to the reputation garnered by the rest of the series...
It's an old game but the storyline is pretty engaging and fun. Gameplay still holds up and is really party-focused however unlike Baldur's **** 3, a dedicated healer makes a huge difference.

I would suggest to play male too, better romance options and the hottest ***** in the kingdom at your disposal. Pity they butchered her character with Wokeguard.

The artstyle is trash, no doubt a decision from the ***** who worked on Sims 4. Not a fan of the funkopop heads.
Hair physics is actually pretty nice to see. Face animations is... well, not that great. Another face-is-tired game overall.

Combat looks like your typical action game, like Assassin's Creed. Party members don't die, there is hardly any strategy or decision-making like DAO.
Dialogues and the writing are complete trash, it is shameful this got greenlit. Just because some of writers are Canadian ******* who can't accept who they are.

BG3 despite some flaws, has nice characters, good dialogues and the story isn't terrible.

I waste my time on games, but this one is definitely not a good game to waste time on. Easy pass.

Haven't watched RPGHQ's favorite short-form reviwer.

From last year's best selling games on Steam - Starfield's peak was 330,000, Armored Core VI's was 156,000, Jedi Survivor was 67,000, Remnant II's was 110,000, Sons of the Forest was 414,000, Payday 3's was 77,000 FC24's was 107,000, Street Fighter 6's was 70,000, Hogwarts Legacy's was 879,000, BG3's was 875,343, Cities Skyline II's was 104,000, Resident Evil 4's was 168,000. Rule of thumb for total sales is to multiply those numbers by 10 after the peak on Sunday.
Armored Core VI sold 3 million copies as of July this year, for reference. After platform fees, taxes, etc., veilguard probably needs to sell about ~5 million (full price) copies to break even.
This is a complete failure unless there is a miraculous playercount boom.
whiny jew schrier pretending this is some big victory has to be the most ridiculous thing I've seen today considering he should know this

1) Trying to gaslight people into thinking that they're "own chuds".
2) Closing comments in fear of your lies being exposed.
3) Comment section is a woke cicrlejerk now.
4) Even so, you somehow manage to completely drop the mask in the comment section, showing that it's not really about the game itself, truth and objectivity, and you're just a propagandist.

Does he think people are that dumb or is he that dumb himself?

"Dragon Age: The Veilguard is not only pulling in strong player counts, but is actually the most popular singleplayer game under EA's label on the platform. Veilguard peaked at 70,414 concurrent users, behind Need For Speed Heat's 86,000, but beating Mass Effect Legendary Edition (59,817), Jedi Survivor (67,855), and Jedi Fallen Order (46,550)."

"Just a single hour after launch has seen Dragon Age The Veilguard shoot past the player peak for Inquisition by a whopping 500%. What’s more, those figures are continuing to rise, and at the time of writing they’re currently 733% higher than anything Dragon Age Inquisition has seen."

Googling "Veilguard EA Biggest Single Player" gives a dozen of copypaste articles. Reminds me of the "return to form" phrase from the reviews.

Horray for gaming journalism
Are they pretending DA:I was released on Steam? Also, "a new game beat a cash-grab re-release" isn't the triumph they seem to think it is. Bioware EA has like 11 games on Steam, that's a rather shallow pool of contenders to fight against.

This "****** ****" is a core aesthetics and the game design philosophy (if you can call it that) of the game.
Without it, this game would not exist in its current form.

inb4 "it's because the devs are woke" - they can fire the woke devs and hire ones that won't make woke slop.
Have you tried firing an employee in a western country lately by chance?
It's probably easier and costs less to spin a developer off into its own studio and let it fail than actually try to fire people.
bioware is being sued by people they fired btw
the reason being, they were fired without cause, because you aren't allowed to just fire people in western countries

https://www.ign.com/articles/seven-form ... -severance
Firing without cause is fine, but you have to pay a predetermined severance in select western places. Bioware didn't want to pay severance and turns out the rules in Alberta demand that employers pay severance. It's really not a problem to fire employees, but it will cost you. Which is not a problem if you are able to plan ahead and calculate that cost into the lifetime cost of the employee.

Finally finished downloading this piece of ****. The first torrent release crashed my torrent client about 4 times. The second one would crash if the download speed was above 4 MiB/s.
When I finally launched it, I was greeted with a splash screen in ****** purple and a Compiling Shaders bar.
This stupid thing has been compiling them for literally 10 minutes now. What the **** is going on with video games when the window between clicking the .exe and getting into the main menu is nearly 15 minutes?
Hogwarts Legacy had he same problem, but at least it wasn't as completely rotted through with ****** ideology.

Looking at some of the videos and screenshots, it all looks like a game from the 50-shades-of-brown-era, just in purple. There is visually absolutely nothing appealing in this game. 150M well spent

The character creator suffers from the usual "your character looks nothing like the one you create" syndrome, even with 4 different lighting set ups.
Everybody looks like a midget no matter the race or height. The proportions are way off, like in Andromeda but even worse somehow.
Still, recreating my Inquisitor reminded me of all the good parts and emotional highs (as rare as they were) of playing Inquisition.
Also, the game blue screened my PC as soon as I walked out of the starting bar, lmao.

I’m genuinely shock it isn’t getting lower user reviews. The writing level is dustborn levels of overt politically charged propaganda. But I guess people are so desensitized to progressivism In media that’s it barely worth mentioning which is ******* horrifying.
