Yes, mostly I just wanted to know if Halsin had been dealt with and the Balduran-Ansur thing as well. Very much looking forward to starting a new playthrough with this mod, but I don't want to go ahead yet until I'm sure it has been truly 'cleansed'

you gotta use bg3 mod manager. Until woke dies, this mod is considered NSFW, and NSFW mods are not allowed on larian mod manager.

But isn't the game itself NSFW in parts?

Also I don't see any new sex or super violent stuff being added by this mod, so there's no way it's NSFW. Is there like some kind of forbidden apple equivalent for the woke pandering stuff?

See if this issue is isolated only to this armor. If the issue persists with other armor, it is something with the Equipment Class Halsin has, so something about his Root Templates.
Looking at the armor's emblem, is this custom ? Because it should be two golden/bright yellow leaves and a rather turquoise background. So, if it is , there is a high likelihood that the item hasn't been modeled and/or coded for his Equipment class, which is a gender+race combo.

To be fair, the game does put all the LGTBQ filth to the front, without NoAlphabets that is. It isn't far-fetched to interpret the relationship between the Emperor and Ansur as gay.
If the general tone of the game, when modded, doesn't lead to immediately view their relationship as such then the dialog doesn't have to be changed.
That the Emperor tries to come onto the player character independent of being male or female doesn't help either.

Personally I agree with the point of your post, but I also see how people could want the line to be altered, it's all about the bigger picture. We know that it could be interpreted innocently, but we all also know such an interpretation is not the intended one, and not a first one that comes to mind for many.

In a game filled with cancerous tissue with a mod meant to do surgical cuts to get rid of them I don't think it is unreasonable to request the tissue of debatable health to be cut as well, just as a mean of prevention.

For some reason voice lines stay vanilla gay and only dialogue is modded. I'm at Grymforge (didn't encounter any gayness in Act 1), first I encountered Laridda saying "don't hurt my Phil" instead of "don't hurt Phil", then Philomeen saying "beloved" instead of "friend". What I may be possibly doing wrong?
