Tell me, are all these exclamation marks normal?
Since v4.1.1.5849914 ("Patch #7")? Yes, absolutely. Perfectly normal.
The only logic I can see is that Larian is trying to scare and force people into using their ****** centralized platform.

Yes one of his mods must have packed a mod with Gustav meta.lsx in it....

(I don't think it's me. My game only shows No Alphabets, and i wouldn't be so spaghetti codey noob to include Gustav in there)

I really don't like all those Report buttons. The concept of reporting and snitching was beaten outta of me early on in elementary school. You didnt cry to the authorities over every little thing. You handled it, face to face, lkek people with some spine.

But now, with this button and the whole snitch culture, everyones a ******* hero of their own little selfrighteous crusade, thinking theyre making the ******* world a better place by clicking it.

Pathetic.

After updating to v4.1.1.5970269 ("Hotfix" #27), I kept getting GustavDev listed as a "New Mod" on my list when loading a game (and repeated for all mods on the one that's trying (and failing) to join multiplayer). Then it ended up disappearing by itself after an unknown amount of time or save/loads; when I went to report it to Larian I wanted to take a screenshot, and it was suddenly gone - mind you, I was trying to load the same save as I had initially gotten the "error" on, so it wasn't a matter of "it wasn't part of the save but then became part of subsequent saves" or whatever.

It is impossible to tell if it's a ****** mod or if it's Larian, because the "Mod Manager" and especially the "Mod Issues" functionality is absolutely ******.

Like @rusty_shackleford said, those are "warning icons" for "issues", and they pop up for "unofficial mods" whether there is something wrong with them or not. I wish they were report buttons, because then I could just ignore them, and maybe they'd actually help with finding issues, but no, they insist on reporting completely meaningless non-issues and also sometimes completely block you from continuing your game because someone at Larian has an inflated need for control combined with galloping incompetence.

I have a question, is it safe to update mods separately with the Larian mod manager or is it better to just use bg3 mod manager?

Dont think you can sneak this one in via Larian's Mod Manager. The leftists will mass report it faster than you can say "diversity quota". They are probably already organizing on their echo chambers as we speak.

you gotta use bg3 mod manager. Until woke dies, this mod is considered NSFW, and NSFW mods are not allowed on larian mod manager.

I'm not sure if it is this mod or just Larian's fault but for some reason I keep crashing tf out whenever save the Nightsong.

Semi-related: does anyone else think it's stupid how they called the folder Gustav? I know it's the name of developer's dog (also where Tav comes from) but why call the game by its codename internally? They were the only ones having insight into the game files before game's first release and they knew that it's "Baldurs Gate 3" they're making. And now that they made a Mod Manager, this name comes out for many who use mods, instead of something like "General File Path Error".

Sorry if I've missed it, but is there a full list of things the mod changes anywhere that I could read?

Repping the mod on a few servers where I can, see how long the guild names/tags last.

EDIT: Just got the 1st Win in with the new guild name. Crushed it. That's one for the GOOD GUYS.

And you're alliance instead of horde. So appropriate in this context.

Yes, mostly I just wanted to know if Halsin had been dealt with and the Balduran-Ansur thing as well. Very much looking forward to starting a new playthrough with this mod, but I don't want to go ahead yet until I'm sure it has been truly 'cleansed' :D

My paladin in BG3 certainly didn't hold back from cracking some skulls containing broken brains, for sure!

Just wanted to say, NoAlphabets is literally the best thing ever! 😍 It's totally changed the way I see things, and I can't believe I went so long without discovering it. The way it strips everything down to pure essence is just brilliant. No distractions, no unnecessary complexities—just pure, unfiltered expression. I’ve been trying to find something like this for ages, and I can finally say I’ve found my people! 🙌 So happy to be part of this amazing community—thank you, NoAlphabets, for bringing me here! 🤩
I'm just stating the facts.
Question is are you going to gargle the truth or swallow?
