Oh yeah, that game is coomer heaven. Has a bunch of female characters and skins that are borderline made with one hand.

When you get a look at bigger timeline it's even better. Since right now they are pretty much where they've started.

The fall of the first AAAA game studio? Please?
Shame it's not Blizzard or EA, but oh well. Both got games that keep them at an alright state. And Ubisoft had it coming. :toot:

Baguette sisters, I don't feel so good...

Outlaws and WE WUZ SAMURAI are the only two big Ubisoft titles they're going to be releasing in a long time, a lot is riding on them. Outlaws is already underperforming, Ubisoft's stock was already cratering a day before the game was to officially launch, and it has just kept going down since. AssCreed: ****** has been mired in controversy after controversy, especially in the Japanese market, where AssCreed is fairly popular, so we can expect it to perform very badly.

Ubisoft has been taking Ls for a long time, and especially in 2024 - they've already laid off a bunch of their workers, and after their two newest turds flop one after the other, there's going to be even more layoffs.
Approx -78% from 5Y ago. With two niche games and one mobile game slated for late 2024-2025, two mobile games and a Prince of Persia remake for 2026 (with a bunch of projects TBA) :rip:
Wouldn't be surprised to hear talks about a sale if the trend continues.

The ironic thing is, they could replace all the character models with hot chicks and high-testosterone males and relaunch the game as F2P in a couple of months and have themselves a decent little revenue stream (in fact, completely repudiating the DEI designs would generate a ton of press), but it is literally more important to them to not admit that people don't want DEI slop than it is to make money.

I guess he barely escaped from utter cuckdom when he sued for defamation (and won) the woman that slandered him, but the road to that outcome was one big Passion Of The ****, during which he almost entirely destroyed his later case because he simply could not shut the **** up and felt the need to show the world what a gigantic **** he is.

Funny, this game getting pulled from stores was what reminded me of its existence.

I saw the character designs, thought "By god, that looks hideous!" and forgot it existed a minute later. And now I remembered it again.

Honestly, it's impressive to design something so revolting yet somehow forgettable. I choose to believe the game is so bad my mind actively tries to protect itself by deleting any memories associated with this trashfire.

Concord and all this other DEI slop that have failed this year is proof that the future is not indeed not female and gay like libshits so hoped it would be. Turns out that the future is still very male and very heterosexual. The cope over this has been really entertaining. Better entertainment than the DEI slop they have made.

Yes but the reason why is because TTRPG's have seen an influx of gays, ******** and women go into the scene (thanks Matt Mercer). So of course CRPG's based on TTRPG's like D&D and Cyberpunk would do well with that crowd. Especially if there is romance in it like with Cyberpunk or Baldur's Gate 3. However, things like competitive shooters and the like are very predominantly male and heterosexual. No straight man wants to play as a black ****** or gender blob. They either want to play as a bad *** male or a hot chick. This game has none of that.

I am afraid that group of people is much smaller than many may think. The reason Concord flopped was because its a **** game, not because its ultra woke. Can't imaging Overwatch2 being based (never played it, wouldn't know). Now a big part of Concord being *** is of course that all they cared about is DEI (some for Dustborne), but generally you could sell millions of copies with an ultra woke game and such an ugly roster of characters.

Then replace ****, with mediocre. Point is, if Concord would be legit good, if it would have done something new, it would have gotten more players with the exact same roster.

You can pile pozz on something people like and they will just grit their teeth, we've seen this plenty of times. If you just serve them a plate of pozz, they'll say no.

True, it isn't. Plenty of **** media lives off brand recognition and nostalgia (hey there Disney!) but that will degrade the brand after a while, especially when the novelty wears off.

Look at Star Wars for example. Their first female MaRey Sue movie made a cool two billion. People were curious and hopeful that without George Lucas some of the **** he was so vocal about would be gone. What they forgot is what a creatively bankrupt enterprise Disney has become, so the movies were crap and lost 500 million from each installment to the next.

Then Solo bombed and the last Rey movie was a box office disappointment because the bloated budget and advertisement ate up most of the revenue. Ironically even the money it did make didn't make up for the losses caused by Solo.

Concord is basically the latest soulless Disney slop but without the nostalgia to prop it up.

You can’t psyop people in liking a ****** game. Resources are finite and when push comes to shove quality trumps all in determining a game purchase.

It was free when Overwatch 1 was a paid game, and they have no shame in copying anything and everything that works. (Even though most of it doesn’t work in Paladins.)

Baizuo's Gate 3 disagrees. Is as post modern as a game could be and sold well.

I admire Poland, Poland protected Europe from Mongols, from Ottomans and from Bolsheviks in 1920 and helped a lot bringing down the soviet slave system BUT din't liked much Cyberbug 2077. The whole Reanu Keeves in your head plot and history is something that I didn't liked that much, the gunplay is fine but I din't liked teh bugthesda style guns in the game and that all weapons of the same category uses the same ammo. IMO Is a average game. Far from a New Vegas.

Cyberpunk 2077 was fine for a futuristic GTA game, including at launch. I know people who followed it closely were expecting something else, but pretending it had a patch that drastically changed the game sounds like you are a game journo who tried to play it on the company's communal PS4.
