They added a new level: $4000 "Nymph" because the $2000 "Malus" (demigod) tier sold out in less than a week...

One of the $2000 people moved up to $4000, apparently.

Also, who the **** is pledging $7 and $15 for basically nothing?

It's pretty clear that all they did was look at some successful KS projects but not actually play them. No way you play Pillars et al. and think yo, we need that sweet backer content in our game.

Magic spell crafting is gated behind $800k, while enchanting equipment gated behind $1 million.
At 1.5m you get extra ships, while at $2 million there's alchemy?

What thought was put into this?

Yea this stuff immediately grabbed out at me. So basically all of those features are confirmed to be absent without an extra 300k? Does spell crafting 300k dollars worth of dev time?
You need 2 million additional bucks for alchemy to be featured?

Reminder: For Morrowind, all these gameplay features plus the full editor were in the retail box on pre-produced CDs, day 1 on store shelves.

Starfield's editor still not released after almost nine months... not that many care anymore.

You could argue that the factions take more time and money.
Extra areas, more quests, and significant VA recording time (if it is all voiced).

But game system features and some horse and boat models?

They've been up front from the start that they can't possibly make this game solely with Kickstarter funding and are using it to make a demo they'll shop around to publishers. They're just claiming they'll make an attempt to include these features if they hit these funding goals. The game will not even exist if no publisher is willing to give them millions.

Have they been? That doesn't seem to be the impression they've given off to people who think they are funding a game they will definitely get once it hit the funding goal.

DaggerU makes it pointless. It'd be easier to make Daggerfall 2 with multiplayer in Daggerfall.

They actually quietly modified that tier. It was originally only the 120USD tier plus the PARTY. Doesn't even seem airfare and hotel is included, a sucker indeed.

It might beat out Underworld Ascendant, but that's it.

According to them, they have 40 employees, 500k or whatever they will score at the end of the campaign isn't much considering they have next to nothing already done.

Looks like they'll get maybe $600k
Divided by 40 people = $15k

Two devs and 38 community managers is my guess.
