After reading through this entire thread, can't say I'm particularly fond of either person. One seems overzealous when it comes to filing lawsuits at others (although he seems justified to a certain extent) while the other is a soy-filled speedrunner who goes out of his way to delete videos of people cheating because they ended up being ******/******* and supports every SJW movement under the sun.

Overzealous is an understatement. Billy is clearly abusing the legal system for his own personal vendetta against his detractors. I can care less about Karl personal politics which I fundamentally disagree with him in practically everything ,however what been done to Karl is immoral.

I don’t why people are underplaying/ignoring what Billy doing just because his politics and beliefs align with them or his past game
achievements it still doesn’t excuse his behaviour.

In an ideal world, one would be able to seperate personal politics from actions without worry but this world is far from ideal. I will always view anyone who follows any sort of liberal beliefs with heavy doubt.
The entire liberal belief system relies on using deception and technicalities to get what they want. I mean just look at how much scams have come from their policies like the weaponization of the welfare system, SJW movements (BLM, Ukraine, etc.) to distract the public from bills they pass through, and introducing discrimination laws for a certain group of people only to expand those groups over time for their own political benefit.
I have no reason to believe that Karl doesn't have an ulterior motive behind these videos or doesn't deserve all the lawsuits he's getting. For all I know, he could simply be doing this all for the sake of engagement.

After looking over the ruling I have to admit that Karl Jobst ****** up big time for a pretty clear cut winnable case.

Long story short Karl Jobst main argument was accusing Billy Mitchell of being a significant factor in Apollo Legend's suicide which was in fact defamation and not the false highs record scores that many people believe he was going to court . I think is pretty
completely scummy that Karl Jobst was misleading a lot of his audience especially how he was begging for money on go fund me.

Really disappointed by all around.

The judge said this about Jobst:

I have briefly described Mr Jobst and his activities in the introduction. Mr Jobst could not be described as a shrinking violet, nor as having any concept of tact or diplomacy. Both in his YouTube videos that were played to the court and in giving his evidence, he was self-confident, forthright in expressing his views and he struck me as very hard to dissuade from a view (whether an opinion or as to the existence of a fact) once he had formed it. These character traits are clear in his videos, on occasions when he has been interviewed by other online producers and in his demeanour and evidence in the witness box.
Mr Jobst also has a self-aggrandising and perhaps self-protective tendency not to admit error and not to back down once he has taken a stance. This trait was clear from a number of things arising during the evidence. I have already mentioned one: his response to Apollo Legend’s announcement of his settlement with Mr Mitchell: “Dont (sic) worry guys. I will never back down.” He also demonstrated that trait in his videos about Mr Mitchell, continually calling him a cheat and asserting that his legal proceedings against others (and against Mr Jobst, in this proceeding) were frivolous, bullying and bound to be lost by Mr Mitchell.
