nothing tied to companions, no (got RR Alternate Eye Glow, Astralites' Glow Eyes main file + UTAV patch). Honestly, looks like he just has Shadowheart eye colour preset, and it's a default eye glow that's coming through.

I have thrown together a guide on how I get custom armour into the game. It only covers vanilla assets at this point and doesn't delve into custom stats but hopefully this helps. If anyone gets stuck I can try and troubleshoot

Otherwise I've pulled some assets and I can put together a set of more normal looking medieval weapons (I'm also working on some more over the top sets). I'll look up some reference images but if anyone has suggestions for sizing let me know.

Perhaps different variations of the Scottish Claymore? Longsword & Greatsword versions.

What was the logic behind changing Rugan? It is the only change so far that has made me gone "Huh?", because he was genuinely one of the cooler-looking characters in the game, and changing him from how he was to what I feel is more generic just made raise an eye-brow, because I just couldn't see the logic.
Was he just too handsome? Because we ran into him yesterday and for the first time ever he elicited no commentary from my girlfriend. So.. thanks?

For what it's worth, I don't like it.
But given the number of changed characters I've seen so far, this has still been a fantastic ratio.

I saw this mod on the Nexus today and wondered if it could be applied to the characters that are race swapped from Dragonborn by this mod.
Maybe get their facial animations to work so the veils are no longer needed?

Is there something wrong on my part with the installation? I see many characters that are changed race-wise and have all the wrong racial traits and such, which really triggers my autism 
Or is that "intended" because it would be to much work to change?
Either way I find it strange that the game itself doesn't automatically adjust racial traits and abilities when the race is changed, with how "reactive" the game is overall.
