nothing tied to companions, no (got RR Alternate Eye Glow, Astralites' Glow Eyes main file + UTAV patch). Sweet Karlach uses something akin to unique textures (you can see them all in CC), orange eyes is one of them. i tried launching the save without Sweet Karlach mod, but Ulthred's eyes remained glowy - plus i saw he's not using Sweet Karlach's textures, but something vanilla? i'm not sure

@CheesusCrust
Honestly, looks like he just has Shadowheart eye colour preset, and it's a default eye glow that's coming through.
Easy enough fix for future, thanks for reporting it!

I don't see why not, if you can use mods in Steamdeck, then you can use RR3.0.

I have thrown together a guide on how I get custom armour into the game. It only covers vanilla assets at this point and doesn't delve into custom stats but hopefully this helps. If anyone gets stuck I can try and troubleshoot

https://f.rpghq.org/zC7gFiFKEiUo.pdf?n= ... Guide.pdf
Can the same concept be applied to weapons? I don't really care about altering stats as much as I want to overhaul some of the greatswords that are the size of flagpoles. The Githyanki swords also look like something you can buy from the toy section at a local pharmacy.
Weapons that don't have animations (e.g. swords, maces, daggers) are super easy, I can smash them out in no time. Weapons with animations (e.g. bows) are a bit more fiddley. I can certainly try adjusting the size of some of the weapons in blender to make them shorter. I can either provide these as a new separate weapon or I can override the appearance of the vanilla assets.

Otherwise I've pulled some assets and I can put together a set of more normal looking medieval weapons (I'm also working on some more over the top sets). I'll look up some reference images but if anyone has suggestions for sizing let me know.

Perhaps different variations of the Scottish Claymore? Longsword & Greatsword versions.

Just made an account and got this mod and wanted to say thanks for this! :salute: I wish devs took more care about the background characters and the implications to the world/immersion; also to stop making ugly characters and claiming it's "realistic" lol

What was the logic behind changing Rugan? It is the only change so far that has made me gone "Huh?", because he was genuinely one of the cooler-looking characters in the game, and changing him from how he was to what I feel is more generic just made raise an eye-brow, because I just couldn't see the logic.

Was he just too handsome? Because we ran into him yesterday and for the first time ever he elicited no commentary from my girlfriend. So.. thanks? :salute:

He was using the same head as the vanilla Sir Aylin, was done to make him unique. And the decision was before NA patch was made.

I would argue that with everything that sets them apart, no-one ever made that connection, outside of code-goblins with expert proficiency in pattern recognition. For what it's worth, I don't like it. But given the number of changed characters I've seen so far, this has still been a fantastic ratio.

I saw this mod on the Nexus today and wondered if it could be applied to the characters that are race swapped from Dragonborn by this mod.
Maybe get their facial animations to work so the veils are no longer needed?

Clansong - Speaking Dragonborns CC Heads

I do not know if it will help (I'm not a Modder) but I thought I would mention it.

Good thing you mentioned it. We can do a compare to figure out what facial animations need replacing to go from dragonborn to human i guess.

disappear as a bug? wasn't he always disappearing after act 1 by default? anyway, there's a mod adding him back into act 3 if you're interested πŸ‘€

****, did he? Didn't consider it, since you almost only see him from the front. Fair point.

I am still mad that they did that, and how he just ******* evaporates without as much as a thanks if you free him from the other Zhentarim (after you put him into the predicament to begin with by stealing the bottle, but let's not focus on the he said/she saids).

It was transparently a joke, lad. I'm going to check out that mod, though, because I'm already going to miss Roah twice on this playthrough, I need all the Zhents I can get.

Is there something wrong on my part with the installation? I see many characters that are changed race-wise and have all the wrong racial traits and such, which really triggers my autism

Or is that "intended" because it would be to much work to change?

Either way I find it strange that the game itself doesn't automatically adjust racial traits and abilities when the race is changed, with how "reactive" the game is overall.
