One way I think you can do this is if you override human wylls appearance with devil wyll and start a new game. Game will generate a portrait for devil version of him. Then you can rip the portrait using Ninjaripper.
If you to unpack the mod, go to Public/Modname/Contents/[PAK]_CharacterVisuals/*.lsf.lsx <- open that and copy the appearance settings for ORIGIN_Wyll_Devil to ORIGIN_Wyll, while keeping his ID, Name, BaseVisuals and BodySetVisuals the same.

Do I need all those other prereqs or just the BG3MT? When I click on Unpack Game Files nothing happens. I also noticed it doesn't know where BG3.exe is (and neither do I). Do you know what folder it's supposed to be in? I can find BG3's main folder, but I don't know where the .exe is

Your bg3.exe is in: SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Baldurs Gate 3\bin\bg3.exe
You game's document folder is in: C:\Users\yourUserrname\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3

All of the components of this mod seem to be working except the Bloodstone Eye. Is there something I need to do or load order that needs to be deployed to get this one to work properly?

Have you got it at the bottom of your load order? Bottom is highest priority.

Hmmm that expires my knowledge then. Must be something else. Orin or someone more knowledgeable will have to help.
Check your game / mod version is right and maybe reinstall them to rule out corruption.

Have you got Dignify Wyll by any chance? Your sending stone thing should be below that too.
Other than that I would try disabling your other mods to see if something's interfering. (and export load order)

Troubleshooting
1. Naked people standing around in Character Creation
3. Can't speak to NPCs
You forgot to install .NET (not framework) as a part of your BG3 Mod Manager installation.
5. Can't click on anything in game
You may need the install latest version of Script Extender . Note: None of my mods use Script Extender.
6. Can't click on anything in game but I have installed all of the above!
This may be due to either one of these reasons:
Your Lingo version is out of date. Has there been a new Larian patch? Then disable Lingo and wait for me to release an update.
You are sailing the high seas and your game is outdated. Either dole out some cash or download an older version of the Lingo file.
You may be running your game on an older DirectX version. BG3 Mod Manager can cause crashes if you use versions older than DX11. Try using Vortex mod manager instead.
7. How do I get rid of the message at character creation?
8. My Beard Mod is not showing up
10.What mod order should I have?
11.NPC voice is female but body is still male / NPC voice is male but body is female sometimes?
Make sure to "Export Load Order" in your mod manager before starting your game.
Your mod loading order is incorrect. Lower down on list = higher priority. Put no Alphabets Aesthetics in the bottom of your list.
12.Graphics glitches/ flashing ray and tears coming off Aylin/ other NPCs
You are likely you are using BG3Mod Manage without DirectX11. Use DX11 or use Vertex mod manager instead of BG3MM
Can also be related to your game being an older version.
I'm also wondering if its your mod manager that's causing bother. Is it a linux specific mod manager? Have you tried using BG3 Mod manager?
Could you paste your modsettings.lsx from:
C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\PlayerProfiles\Public

Alright, here's my troubleshooting steps:
1) Disabled ALL mods except the True Bloodstone Eye --> mod works. Cool bloodstone eye is present.
2) Enabled Wylls of Toril 2.0, with True Bloodstone Eye at the bottom of the load order --> no bloodstone eye.
The culprit appears to be Wylls of Toril 2.0. Load order makes no difference. Tried moving all mods EXCEPT True Bloodstone Eye and Wylls of Toril 2.0 out of the Mods directory. If Wylls of Toril 2.0 is in the mods directory at all, you get no True Bloodstone Eye.
FYI: I am using Wyll of Neverwinter. Tried a different Wyll, and the absent bloodstone eye persists.

Looks like the bloodstone eye needs to packed with higher priority.
I can try unpacking and repacking it later tonight and see if it helps you.
Hmm, Try putting sending some below no public nudity wyll.

Put sending stone on the very bottom of your list and export it. Then screenshot your whole mod manager. er PM if you got weird sex mods you don't want public.

I'm trying to cut back on the weird sex mods.
I put it last again. And now it's working. Got dang it.
I swear to God, I had it last in load order, did all the steps, and couldn't get it to work. Now it's working.

Is that Vortex? Iβd suggest switching to BG3MM if so. Vortex is awful at load order management

What a great mod! I was already making plans about getting rid of Wyll in my next playthrough, but now i want to keep him in my team haha
It sucks that his quest/story isn't good compared to other characters, but at least now he looks way better than before

Something I've been thinking of is how the previous Alt Wyll mod had corresponding steam images, loading screens and difficulty screens. Two people, NEG and Tipfy, made those. I wonder if either of them is going to do anything for this mod's version of Wyll.
