Didn't Skie have like 13 charisma? Not even that pretty.

my only problem is that the Infernal robe is identical to selune robe's mesh. but Larian eventually added unique mesh to some stuff, like sussur weapons (look dope btw), so maybe there's still a chance them robes will get fixedorinEsque wrote: β January 31st, 2024, 23:10Nice. Update - Beard Options
I've gone ahead and added 3 beard options. cba making github account. Fesstrom looks to be banned on nexus.

And I thought it was bad when I decided not to release anything on the Nexus. Full on psycho over there now.
So far: he's .. somewhat less annoying when actually attractive. However, the dance scene is now actually amazing and I don't want to shut him down after 5 seconds just to see his dejected reaction. Progress?

@irillthedreamer @citard
I have a feeling this has something to do with BG3 mod manager working only with DirectX 11 or higher.
Could you perhaps try using Vortex mod manager instead?

Hey, I just had the same issue with Mod Manager and I realised the problem-- You have to make sure you save Load Order and Export Load Order to Game before running the Game. It's easy to forget to do this every time.irillthedreamer wrote: β February 4th, 2024, 21:23I have the same issue. Personally, I sometimes mix up BG3 MM and Mod Organiser, but they both work very differently.
Well, I'm not sure about the controller aspect actually... as I don't use it for BG3. It's just that only the Overwrite part of the mod applies if you don't Export the Load Order to the Game.

The issue was that I downloaded a metric shitton of hair and horn mods and didn't check if they caused issues, so I kinda fixed it by removing like 80% of my mods.orinEsque wrote: β January 31st, 2024, 17:25Odd, you don't get this issue with no Alphabets CCreator?citard wrote: β January 31st, 2024, 15:07controller* ui, not console UIorinEsque wrote: β January 29th, 2024, 21:50

Where does the bloodstone eye go in the load order. When I tried it some time back with Wyll of Neverwinter it didn't work.
Bloodstone eye should be At the bottom.Peter Boyd wrote: β February 17th, 2024, 08:17Where does the bloodstone eye go in the load order. When I tried it some time back with Wyll of Neverwinter it didn't work.

Thanks. To be honest, I'm a bit confused about BG3 mod manager. I looked around on google at one point without getting any wiser. So if I understand you correctly, higher number ie. "lower on the list" means it get's loaded before the mods that has a lower number, but are at the top of the list?orinEsque wrote: β February 17th, 2024, 11:07Bloodstone eye should be At the bottom.Peter Boyd wrote: β February 17th, 2024, 08:17Where does the bloodstone eye go in the load order. I guess I'll give the blodstone eye another twirl.
Orin will correct me if I'm wrong, but imagine it "layering" / "merging" the mods starting from top to bottom. Lower down on the list = higher priority, as in it likely gets loaded "afterwards", as in "layered on top" of whatever came before.Peter Boyd wrote: β February 17th, 2024, 19:10Thanks. So the bloodstone eye, if lower on the list, would override anything that came before it. (Which is what you want, in that case, as you'd want it overriding any of the Wyll's eyes which are default in any of the other mods).
I see where the mod manager devs are coming from, but I think it would be simpler for people to understand if higher on the list was higher priority lol. But think of it in their terms as "layering" and how it is now makes more sense, where lower = higher priority.

What Bobt says is correct. The list is load order. So the last mod to load gets highest priority. So the no.1 mod will get overwritten by no.2 etc.Peter Boyd wrote: β February 17th, 2024, 19:10Thanks. To be honest, I'm a bit confused about BG3 mod manager. Yeah, thanks. That's what I realised. Not really intuitive imo. Blood stone eye works for me now.
First, while it concerns other topics, thank you very much for the Dignify and No Alphabets mods, Orin. They make the game more enjoyable and way more appropriate for a medieval fantasy story free from modern garbage.
Now, I have a few (tangential) questions concerning this mod, as a beginner modder. Maybe you or someone else here can answer them.
As Fesstorm offers a revision of Duke Ravengard alongside Wyll, which I have isolated for personal use from the other parts of this mod, is it possible to change the Duke's eye colour from what seems some brown-ish to some Blue one ? With tinkering with the ravengard.lsf.lsx file ? Can even other mods' eye modifications like Eye of the Beholder, Astralities, etc. be used in this context, given they should probably have some unique values to copy and paste into the lsx file ?
And if yes, does it extend to body and head imports too, like, let's say, Vemperen's Other Heads ?
In fact, is there any good guide somewhere where it shows how to properly edit appeance-related lsx files ? This would come in handy for other characters too.
And any clue how he made the Wyll and Duke Ravengard portraits like he did ? Having read your NPC Modding Help guide, the use of screenshots as DDS files is available. It fulfills its purpose, but looks out of place compared to this mod's portraits or the level-up base game ones. Using GIMP with the Alternative Portrait Backgrounds from Nexus is also kind of lackluster, while better than just using a resized screenshot.
On a similar note, has anyone figured out a way to extract portraits from Custom Characters in BG3 somehow ? Or how to access the Portrait Generation Room ?
Thanks in advance for any help.
