Try Foundry. Much better, IMO. Dont need to worry about storage space when you can host the game on your own machine.Ratcatcher wrote: ↑ November 30th, 2023, 17:05Because the only true alternative, fantasy ground, isn't really up to shape. I tried it and I'm unimpressed. As problematic as roll20 is, it offers a videochat + mapping tool, lighting and GM layer and a pretty hefty storage space all in one. If you add the price tag of fantasy ground on top and the grueling work I'd have to do to migrate what I already have uploaded on roll20 you'll quickly realize it isn't worth it.
We have a Steam curator now. You should be following it. https://store.steampowered.com/curator/44994899-RPGHQ/
Everquest Live frens are looking for a few good bros.

head of darkpaw made a post claiming oakwynd only had a 2.2% increase in currency due to the exploits
https://forums.daybreakgames.com/eq/ind ... ue.294472/
that's despite the fact that the barter price(that is, price people are willing to pay now) for a krono went from 45k to 650k
they will lie to your face without a second thought

Handmade backpacks are returning to normal prices! Qeynos tea is almost affordable, no clarity VI to be found anywhere, and Krono still selling for 600k, everything is fine citizen.

Does Median XL work with Diablo II: Resurrected? No, Median XL does not support Diablo II Resurrected, and no changes are forecasted in that regard in the new game version.

Usually they exploit the ignorance about the differences between mean, median, and mode, then use "average" without explaining which they're actually referring to with it.
At least they're being roasted, for all the good it does.
Now we need @rusty_shackleford to admit he still wants to play really bad and just deal with Brokewynd so we can go back to happy fun times in Norrath.

Submitted formal complaints with proofs to Valve that deybreak games sanctions gambling of digital goods purchased with real-world money in violation with Steam's platform rules.
I'm sorry, but the moneychangers WILL GO.

Gud, may they burn for their crimes.
In the meantime whut are we doin? I was having a jolly gud time playing with bros and more bros were even joining before we were struck down. Like the heavens themselves decreed that we were forbidden from having fun.

How Daybreak can retain employees is beyond me. I can't even begin to imagine servicing the player base. Just a bunch of 40 year old millennials (who think they're smarter than everyone) complaining non stop about a 25 year old game. I sincerely feel for the employees.

WoW took all the bad parts of EQ and made a game from it, it has none of the things I like.

Don't tempt me, I've already looked into the work needed to take EQemu and turn it into a solo/group-friendly game while greatly extending various MUD stuff/finishing quest lines/adding more story.
