Imagine being a 12 year old running around the internet throwing out the word "racist" to feel good about yourself. What a ******.

Jewy2099 only shops at reputable stores for reputable brands. He only follows reputable sites sponsored by legacy media. Where does he download his mods for those games made by twitter-verified developers which he purchases at full price on day one? Nexus Mods. The most reputable name in the entire, very prestigious history of modding.

I know I'm going to raise my level of perfectionism again, but there's clearly a problem of consistency in the racial composition of Faerun presented in the game.

This is undoubtedly influenced by the high fantay bias and the multicultural woke aspect, where there are no longer any specificities based on race or people (a bit like the fact that there are no longer any carac malus/bonuses based on race or alignment).

So, for example, I find it very surprising that there are so few Humans at Baldur's Gate, where they should be in the majority (the fact that most Humans are African is another debate we've already had).
It's abnormal to have so many Tieffelin, drow or svirfnebelins or others, as if no one was surprised.

Baldur's Gate is indeed known for its Big Apple feel, but it's still a human city. Here, you get the impression of being in Sigil, the Heart of the Multiverse, where you can come across any species on every street corner.

The city's composition is supposed to be for a population of around 140,000 in the 15th century CV:

Humans (65%), Dwarves (9%), Elves (7%), Halflings 6%), Half-elves (5%), Gnomes (3%), Half-orcs (2%), Others (3%) (% including Tieffelin, Dragonborn, Drow, etc)

By the same token, there is no longer any respect for cults and pantheons, and the human pantheon has gnomes or half-elves as priests. This is the case for the Cult of Shar, for example, or the gnome priest at the entrance to the town. The Seldarin or non-human pantheons are totally ignored.

I've noticed this as well. I felt a lot of times they have replaced what should have been a healthy white man with a gnome or dwarf to fit woke quotas of x- challenged people.

Agreed, Gur's are meant to be the romani gyppos. Mixed race ( WhiteXNorth-indian) migrants. So no blacks.
I think thinking every oppressed minority must be black is some kind of unique American condition. I can't explain some of these decisions otherwise.

Or maybe Will Smith's cheating wife wrote the Gur, I don't know.

Easy to do, change code for body type and armature but gets a little tedious because you have to find a suitable head (so they dont look all the same) and the human equivalent of each equipment they are wearing. But if someone dedicates some time to it 100% doable.

A few days ago I posted in this thread "we need a collection of mods or some way to gather all the mods removing the progressive LGBT agenda from the game in one place", that post is no longer here.

By the way, why

Code: Select all

doesn't work?

A mod to make the Tieffelins more like the DD3 version might be useful too.

Chris put a little tutorial in that link viewtopic.php?p=25218-baldur-s-better-aesthetics#p25218
Once you got things set up you'll want to be changing BaseVisual, BodyVisuals and all the Body/Footwear/Headwear/Gloves etc under RealMaterialOverrides

EDIT: you'll also want to read this: viewtopic.php?t=1090-npc-modding-help-i ... r-s-gate-3. Tells you how to only mod the characters you want to mod instead of slapping code for every npc into your mod.

My version is available!
The whiter version

Has 243 additional resource changes. 499 in total.

Some notes:
 • It uses the same UUID and has all of the same changes as orinEsque's minimalist version. Use one or the other.
 • Remove SniperChris' files, but English.pak is not included, so you can use SniperChris' English.pak if you want.
 • Some more changes will be made to some faces and hairstyles
Thanks to SniperChris and orinEsque for the help. :salute:
I have a few questions.

Does this work with patch 4?
What does the English.pak do, since it is mentioned that I can use Sniper Chris' English.pak? (I'm assuming it changes the speech but idk)
Would it conflict with any other mods?

Download Albert's version. It's compatible with patch 4. Also don't download the English loca It's broken. Albert's version is fully compatible with NoAlphabets and white wyll. These won't interfere with other mods.
