I have the same problem, although I haven't tried disabling more arrows for stability on the Illuminate front (I only played with the R aroows disabled, but it crashes every time). Thanks, I thought I was only experiencing crashes like this.
i also have this rare crashing issue and it seems that it is specifically when picking up some common samples on the illuminate front. also i was wondering if it would be possible to have the arrows on the samples spawned by the Sample Extricator booster since they can be rather hard to find.
Using this mod will make the fire burning effect appear as squares.

just installed a newer version of the mod, the one with all arrows - not just SC, ill lyk if anything's off

game just closes (but not fully, need to manually close from steam) only on the Illuminate front if common samples are enabled and someone (not only you) picking up common sample. That's my observations.
Update for what? The mod works fine.
Not quite, the mod has been causing some crashes for me as well. I've only noticed it happening on the Illuminate front so far, when either I or a teammate picks up a common sample. It's inconsistent, most of the time it doesn't crash, but touch the wrong one and my game blows up. I've since changed the config to use low arrows for common & rare samples, and I haven't had it crash yet. Here's hoping that's actually a workaround and I'm not just lucky.

as for crashes when picking up any samples, ive had no issues related to that yet
maybe im still using an older version of the mod by accident? old issue happening, new issue not happening

i guess ill continue to use the low arrows option, strange that the high arrows options have a rapture for some reason lol

it looks like if some one picks a samples up,cant see waht sample because crash! but then it crashs.
if i had a idea how to even try to give the modder infos what happens i will do it.
BTW: have we a fixed link to the "all arrows" mod. this thread here and the link on the start is for only SC arrows.

No, that guy was just ******** parroting whatever the fagmins said since I'm still seeing arrows 300m away and across the map

the "draw" distance is for effets and enemy spawns so you cant see them spawn wen you have it on low but on ultra you see it clear with no fog etc.
and its more for shadows and how good textures look like.

so long the AC dont kicks you out (yes kicks you out! not banning etc) then its fine.. ther are still super cheaters/hacker in game who do some stuff.. allways leave instandly the mission if you spot one!

As of the past few days yea Illuminate planet samples causes some crashes with this mod 
when i get home ill test the sample crashes too, heres hoping nothings actually wrong
also, for those of you playing the MO on Seasse, the only map variant that actually spawns sc pickups is the one with small colonies - i havent seen a pickup on exospire, overship, etc but ive seen them on blitz, evac colonists, retrieve RC intel, and free colony
