It's forced slop at their end, nothing you can do about it. I just can't access my account anymore.

It looks like that's exactly how it is. In a civilized society where people value freedom, the answer "I like it this way" should be enough. The only problem is that Reddit isn't a civilized society, but its total antithesis. And yeah, it’s funny to hear how they started foaming at the mouth and pounced on the poor modmakie, accusing him of "racism" because he changed the black skin color they worship like a golden calf to an "problematic" one. re: his example, it definitely could be if it's in the EULA, and I'm going to guess(w/o reading) that CDPR's EULA probably covers basically any modification possible

basically if you willingly enter into a contract there's not too much that can help you unless it's an illegal/very unfair contract

I can't tell if this is purely an independent tool or not. From what I can find, he does rely on the game code to make his VR stuff work. His comments have been very much around "modders deserve to be paid for their work" so I can't feel too sorry for him.
