I spent like 3 minutes trying to find the mysterious "action menu" it kept mentioning in the narration, googled it, and it's for controllers

Wow.

"More polygons, dogshit lighting, and don't forget to upscale the price when you upscale them textures with AI. Is there anything in this game that will make Zoey in HR mad? Make sure you censor that or tweak it. Did i forget to mention the price increase? Also, delist the old game. Can't have the original floating around for dirt cheap which can easily be modded for modern machines. Did i mention Zoey?" - Nightdive, probably

If you have time to play crappy remasters, you have time to play Terra Nova yourself.

Don't even know what the remaster changes beyond including some mods, think it's just modernization of the engine itself?
Even the textures are just SHTUP

Weapon animations and allegedly functional multiplayer, which was never meant to be a feature in the first place.

I suspect the base game probably does not play well at 180 FPS, so, there's that. Probably just all around more stable.

It was a joke, they look equally bad.

Eh I might take that back when the Deus Ex Remaster comes out, but I expect nothing.

That said, I'm surprised how ******* terrible this remaster looks. It's really really bad omg, why so many good reviews in steam?

hhmhmh well I'd have to take your word since you're actually playing it, unlike me.

:scratch-pipe: but it's like the original but with a fancy coat of paint over it, fancy in the bad sense.

Because the only ones reviewing it are the queers who hork at the prospect of another nightdive "remaster." No one who owns and enjoys the OG is going to waste their money on this and thus won't be reviewing it at all. That's what I'd fathom at least :pipe-thinking:

It's fine, I'm just not a big fan of spooky games so I'm going to force @Kalarion and @Tweed to play it with me

In other words, Nightdive does what they've always done. Taken other people's efforts and make money off of them.
