Remember this is for MWSE, not OpenMW. All by the same russian fella, which is interesting, here's the list:
-Double chim (dual wielding mod)

-Grip of Death (change between one hand and two hand wielding)

-PvP (Parry mod)
https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/51034
-Combo master (Directional attack combos mod)

All by the guy who makes the 4nm combat overhaul mod, which I personally wouldn't recommend to install because of the MANY changes it does, but he has individual downloads so you can put what you do like.
I do advice, his mods can be very janky sometimes (dual wielding specially is extremely buggy in my experience), but I figure it's the best that can be done in the good old MWSE. The parry mod though works flawlessly, a personal favorite.
Ah yeah, here's the 4nm combat overhaul compilation mod if you're interested in seen ALL the mods he has to offer (with individual download links). There's tons of things like being able to control the direction of your spells, change their forms (like a burst or some ****), place then in places or move them around, place runes or totems (like WoW) kick people, do "parkour" (xD it really isn't but whatever) and a lot of other funky things to get in your Morrowind that depend on your related skills.

I advice not watching the demonstration videos too much if you don't wanna get dizzy, while the mods themselves are really cool if you don't push them too far, he does take them a bit wayyyyy overboard in my opinion, to the point he makes the game look more like a hack and slash than Morrowind. Nothing bad with that of course, the lack of limits is what makes Morrowind a fun game.
Oh yeah the reason I wrote that last paragraph is because the mods themselves are HIGHLY customizable, so you can keep things balanced and the way you like em.
yes, but only the individual downloads, I don't like the whole package. It's too hardcore for my taste and I don't play Morrowind for the combat anyway, if I like these few mods I put it's because they give me some cool stuff like carrying my Dai Katana in the waist or hearing my sword clash with the enemies, it's super fun
it's also really cool to be able to cast a fireball and move it around like you got actual telekinesis, it's ******* amazing.
Funny situations like "OH **** no stamina... BUT I CAN PARRY HIM!!" are fun to have too, turns the game into a rythm game haha
