also a bunch of reviews & steam forum threads point out how the dialogue gets really bad in certain areas, I wonder if the foid writers were brought on later?

Would you be able to tell if the game might get worse in the future (seeing as I read act 3 is missing and possible DLC content, etc) due to this? I am quite interested in this one, but seeing this makes me pause I have to say :?

I have no idea. I have no insight into the development of the game, just my gut feeling based on what they've done so far.

It is good enough for me to wait for this game a bit more, thank you for sharing rusty!

So I made it pretty far into act 2 but now I can no longer bear the weight of the fact that magic is just...boring. A martial character has much more stuff going for him, crafting becomes more relevant, your damage uptime is better etc. Anyway, started a dual wielder STR/END guy.

Arrr matey, the thought be temptin’, but stealin’ from indie crews be like shootin’ me own foot! I can’t be cryin’ over the lack o’ good games and then not be spendin’ me gold on 'em!
They are free to extent the refund policy on steam to 10-20 hours for these larger games. And being an indie dev doesnt mean they wont try to screw you over by only polishing the early game. Then better release a lot of content dlcs later and polish what you can manage with your time and money as a dev.

You can still support it later if you liked the game btw. Also its not stealing you only get a license to play you own no games anymore unless its all on a physical medium.
Of course, it’s not technically stealing , especially in this day and age, where they charge us the same price for digital versions as we once paid for boxed ones. And you could argue that releasing a '1.0' version while knowing it’s still unfinished is pretty scammy. But if I enjoy a game, I see no reason to deny the devs their right to make a living. I’d have a lot less of a moral dilemma doing that with stuff from Activision or EA.

Ok, so this is 1.2gb these days

Fixed difficulty selection bug (the Survival Mode was activating unintentionally),
Fixed sketches saving issue,
Fixed aim assist bug which caused attack issues when target disappeared (rare case),
Improved item icons for some items

I have been playing the game and I find it enjoyable, haven't found anything woke yet but these days you don't really know anymore I swear I have PTSD on woke trash...

Not the "new Morrowind" as Cohh Carnage (******) was trying to say but it's actually pretty fun, more than Kingdom Slop DEIliverance 2 for sure that was a stupid talking simulator.

I will review it, so far I am gravitating towards a 7 but I am on act one so the score can change at any time.

Asmongoldstein on the other hand made himself look like a clown the other day playing this game, showing to thousdands of people why RPG's started doing difficulty scalling:

They're Gaelic (Irish colonists, in fact), a people with a legendary tradition of women warriors and queens, but they probably didn't actually do it, at least not very often.

The Irish even have a legend of a warrior-queen who was a giant ***** who kept cucking her husbands until she found a total simp who let her do whatever she wanted, basically. It's pretty funny. It's supposed to have been a good thing. That's not directly related to Dal Riata, though, but they're from the same stock.

Yeah this is why I don't like history, is full of stuff that sounds made up.

I don't believe in women warriors, it always sounds to me like feminist revisionism.

It's just a legend, obviously. It's not even revisionism, they knew they made it up.

Not a feminist in the slightest way, but this is the exact same argument w*men and shitlibs use to criticize white, heterosexual male writers.

They're right except the issue is they don't want stories about competent people doing their job, they want smut

I don't think anyone here is near act 3. I started having issues with quests in act 1 and stopped.

There where big promises of us eventually visiting Kamelot, but you never do.
^ To go into this point more, there are so many people that say 'See you in Kamelot' in Act 2
There's this promise at the end of Act 2 for this Hunt for the Grail which never comes up in Act 3.
Act 1 is so polished
Act 2 feels empty and some places just outright feel unfinished.
All of Act 3 feels unfinished, and so many of the interactions just feel un-natural or incomplete.
Also, all of Act 2 & 3 are about the size of Act 1 but with more annoying walls/mountains in the way.
https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/765 ... ed/1466060
Act 1 is decent content wise, Act 2 is undercooked and Act 3 is completely barren, its inexcusable and feels like a scam.

I'll give them the benefit and see if they patch the content in, wouldn't be the first time it has happened after an unfinished game was successful.

And thats the reason why I never buy into early access. No guaranty the game ever gets finished. :old2:

And only bethesda and the gothic games could ever hope to have a strong modding fan community to finish their games. Btw can you play the game as a pure murderhobo and still get quest rewards and such from their dead bodies?

Called it like a month ago, but you people need steamtards as quest compass.
