Here's the current listing of KCD2 fix mods. Please also include any requests for further things that could be done to remove garbage from the game and I'll try to look into it!

There is two things i can think of.

The gayness of Istvan Toth. And maybe Erik later in the game ?

In the Trosky Castle during the Escape quest when he make his farewell to Erik, and later when you find him and he tell you his story.
As for Erik i do not know if you meet him again later yet, probably ? if so he may too talk of Istvan.

And the Gypsy camp.
Most of them are fine but some look like they are rolling in the mud as their morning routine, like the Voivode for example.

It would be great if they were given a proper bath.

I believe Istvan Toth and Erik were practically made to be gay without outright saying it in KCD1.

I can see if I can mess around with the Gypsy camp. I know there's someone who talks about hermaphrodites as well in there.
