Ah the modtroon that did the original edits (we've revamped her a lot since) removed her shoes and pants. Looks like the guy has a foot fetish :yuck:

edit: we removed the gloves specifically cuz they were golden, btw

It's the same as for the French version, you need to translate the lines for the ; German.xml
Some of the lines will have duplicates in the German_to_F that will need editing too, they should have the same ID but the text is tweaked to account for female player character.

The rest is like the German_to_F one, but for the ***** crap.

Not with this mod, it's No Alphabets that remove the ***** options in the character creation menu.
The translations for Realms Restored is mostly NPCs name changes and adjusting some NPCs with NPCs dialogue and book/notes accordingly, player character is not involve in those.

Hello. I've heard Silver and some other biches made a huge mod so I jumped in and tested it. Just reached act 2 and everything works fine. NPC edits are well done and they fit in the lore more than ever (especially the druid grove).

So thanks for the hard work.

I wish Ser Aylin's voice was better. AI is incredibly good at sound these days. However, I think it's quite a long job to change the sound files one by one, so I won't make such a request.

[BUG] I think you forgot about fixing the Male Strong category in the Character Creator. Vanilla Head 1 is the same as the RR Head 1. Zarys Head is the same as the RR Head 5. Also, the 4D vanilla head is named Emmeline, which is Shadowheart's mom.

In addition, I noticed another bug. If you use the magic mirror and try to change your voice to something different, it doesn't save. I tried changing my voice from male 1 to male 4, but it keeps going back to male 1 even when I confirmed my change to male 4. I was told this is a PlusUI thing, but I don't have PlusUI installed but ImpUI installed instead.

I don't follow the PlusUI vs ImpUI stuff though to know the differences. Is PlusUI an improvement of ImpUI or its own separate thing?

Disable No Alphabets CCreator. The voice selection should work.

Also PlusUI is an improvement on top of impui. It puts everything in separate tabs and is much more organised.

Are you using the Heads file I sent you before release? I made a few changes. The vanilla MS options should be fully grey and Emmeline name should be fixed

I used the new version of Heads that just got released and when I put it in the BG3MM, it should already update it with the mod already on the left side. I'm deleting the Heads mod and re-installing it, so hopefully something comes out of it.

Is it also possible that instead of grey'ing out the vanilla heads in the UI, you used a different background for them, like red instead of green?

The greying out is making all the heads look like drow from the image you sent me.

That doesn't make sense. You are telling me after adventuring with the bhaalspawn they're still using their noob gear? Not to mention its been 100 years since. They will have picked up some class appropriate upgrades to their weapons.

To ensure clarity and avoid errors, I'll document this process, as I'm unfamiliar with translation workflows like this.

I have the german.pak file and created a folder named Extracted PAK. Inside, there's a localization folder containing:

german.loca
german_M_to_X.loca
german_to_F.loca

Additionally, there's a Gender folder with two subfolders:

Female: Contains german.loca, german_F_to_X.loca, german_to_F.loca
Neutral: Contains german_X_to_F.loca, german_X_to_M.loca, german_X_to_X.loca
For my purposes, I only need the main german.loca and german_to_F.loca files. These can be converted to XML using LSlib by navigating to the Localization section.

Next, I use the Localization Helper. The XML file I just converted (german.xml) serves as the "old" XML file. Since I'm working on Realms Restored, I assume I need to process all three XML files listed under Translator's Resources. Is this correct or am I doing anything wrong?

Everything seems correct. And each xml under translation resources must be processed separately and packed as its own separate mod.

I'll have you know with a set to 18 strength belt on her she's a formidable backline and damage soaker for le mages too. Her AC due to her dex was pretty **** good. Having her be a sling shot girl is just a waste. She's always my secondary melee tank.
