I definitely see what you guys mean by same face syndrome by the way. Maybe I'll tweak the heads a bit in Blender for v2.1 or something

Looks completely fine to me. Definitely not the Oblivion level nightmare we initially got from Larian and no ****** to infinity and beyond face proportions.

Voice Mod

A new voice mod has been added to the project! There's only a few changes at the moment. But expect for this to get bigger and better. But it will remain fully optional.

Carmen Pennygood now has a softer voice to match her half-elf looks (previously a Chult dwarf).


Gimblebock now has a deeper voice to match his dwarfiness (previously a gnome).





Major NPC Edits

Viconia visual tweaks.
  • New skin & hair color edit, subtle red glow, whiter eyebrows / lashes.
  • Her Robe, Shield, Mace now has dull silver accents instead of gold.
  • Entering combat with Viconia no longer crashes the game due to virtualtexture issues (blame Patch 8).

Allandra Grey has the "Old Nightsong" head from Larian (with a new set of textures) and less opaque makeup. Compatible with White Allandra.

Mystra has a new dress and her eye glow restored to violet.

Sarevok's head, the only face we sculpted ourselves, is correctly showing for the first time.

Sharran Overhaul
  • Men no longer wear Sharran dresses.
  • Removed consistent goth look added by Nexus modder for every Shar follower (black eyes, black hair, black makeup).
  • Removed Female Strong Elven Justiciars.
  • Dignified Sharran dresses using thin pants and covered décolletage.
  • Removed deep skintones on Sharrans added by Nexus modder.
Vampire Spawn overhaul
  • Main Vampire Spawn now do not have red road lights for eyes outside of Cazador ritual.
The ***** Queen Temple Overhaul
  • Dignified robes for followers of Umberlee using thin pants and covered décolletage.
  • Followers of Umberlee now have outfits with more color variation on their scales.
  • Followers of Umberlee now have slightly more variation in their outfits achieved through addition of shoulderpads, bracers and / or footwear.
  • Followers of Umberlee now have more variety in their metallic makeup.
  • Multiple Followers of Umberlee lost improperly duplicated makeup and body tattoos from Allandra Grey.
  • Allandra Grey — being the mighty leader of the temple — retained her flashy dress with a lot of skin showing, unique makeup and hairstyle.


NPC Restorations
  • Multiple NPCs were changed back to vanilla to avoid bugs or for lore reasons
  • New NPC Restore options
    • Restore option added for Isobels hair color and style only.
    • Restore option added for Korrilla & Hope.
    • Restore option added for Arnell & Emmeline from 1.0. Younger parents.


General Bug Fixes
  • Raphael's collar in cambion form lowered because it was previously clipping into jaw.
  • Nettie no longer has a circlet inside her body.
  • Hireling's no longer have racial mismatch in armor and body.
  • Marcus & Florrick: Syncronised some visuals that were overlooked.
  • And more.
CC Fixes
  • Vanilla heads (minus those from Chult or Kara-Tur) are available again for player to pick in CC. Female, Male and Male Strong entries for Human, Half-Elf, Elf and Drow.
  • Elven heads are allowed for Drow and Drow heads are allowed for Elves.
  • Heads that were used on NPC are marked appropriately with NPC Names. E.g Tief M 4 head is named "Dammon".

  • Drow heads no longer show up in CC as "Not Found" and have appropriate names now.
  • Human F1 head is properly restored to vanilla now, both in model and in texture.
  • Elven M3 & M7 heads no longer have vampire teeth.
  • Asmodeus F preset in CC was correctly updated.
  • Hum M7 replacer slot has a new head now! Image

There will be a definitive show polish black drow mod someday. But not today. It looks awful btw.


If you're talking about Viconia, we've matched skin to bg1/2 portraits to make her recognizable

P.s. there are a lot of portraits that got unique edits in Aesthetics or just new heads that need their portrait syncing. We gonna update that for next patch. Didn't want to delay this one since texture related crash issues needed fixing.

We've removed the disgusting nose ring already. And yes it was mostly tattoo and piercing removal.

So the german localization has about 9 loca files, do I convert them all to xml and then do the compare? Call me illiterate but I'm stumped.

I would, but when I did my translation, there was only one file, I'm pretty sure. So sadly I don't know here. Maybe ask who did the french translation if it was the same thing there as you describe @Finarfin ?
