Is it me or are the chins getting pointier with every episode?

This time they didn't even have the decency to make it funny. At least the episode with the frog was sort of humorous.

Is this game one of those rare instances where the DeviantArt types not only succeeded in pushing their work into the mainstream and making big bucks, but also managed to trick chuds into getting immersed in a diversity-filled game? I get that Larian themselves complained about how the majority of the early access player base chose to play as a "generic white human male paladin," calling it boring and uninspired—but still, the game sold like hotcakes regardless.

Been replaying this with some friends and it's now more than ever very clear to me that this actually is the best RPG ever made with unparalleled reactivity and creativity. Couldn't really tell you why no other devs have bothered making a game this good before.

Presumably the same reason they stopped making a game this good about halfway thru

Not even a problem because no coop run of BG3 had ever made it that far

I would say that a good chunk of the game's success was because of the fact that BG3 originally started as a not-so-woke game that was building its player base throughout the years-long Beta and Alpha phases.

Then when the game was getting close to completion WotC came in and demanded the game to become the very epitome of woke ****, hence why the first Act is relatively mild and the final Act is filled to the brim with ******* and *******.

Most of the people who purchased this game didn't even finished the game nor reached the final Act, which afaik is quite common as far as CRPGs go.

So it was bait-and-switch then, I should've known.

Not gonna lie, that is indeed quite effective, so I'm surprised not every libtard media creator does it.

The only other examples of bait-and-switch that I can think of are the recent live-action Barbie movie and Kingdom Come Deliverance II, woke slop that originally disguised itself as traditional fun stuff to fool the normies.

I reckon that 99% of leftards are too **** narcissistic to even pretend that the media they're creating isn't to appease their own bloated egos, even for a while, hence why so few of them effectively use bait-and-switch. :scratch-pipe:

Is this game even worth playing if I've never played any in the series? I see it's highly praised here despite the pozz. I assume most of it can be modded out?

Don't let the copers and shills persuade you, BG3 isn't worth your time. Modding out 80% of the games dogshit propaganda doesn't equate it to being a good game. If anything, that's tacit admission the game is fundamentally flawed. But I can understand why some would do so, given the games roleplay systems being fairly good. Anyone who enjoys the original content of the game is committing mental gymnastics of a nature unforeseen by mankind. It's an RPG, the story, characters, and dialogue are paramount to the experience. And a few good moments cannot undo ideological torture.

I'm not pretending I will convince people already playing it, obviously, this is just for you or anyone else on the fence.

No other rpg has had as much reactivity as this one, no other rpg has allowed you to interact as much with the world, as rusty said.
The port of 5th edition is seamless, its an implementation that is more fun and interesting than even the original system. It makes character building feel very rewarding and very distinct.

The combat is great, its fairly challenging and it rewards creative thinking, and you will find many, many encounters.

Sadly the game was coopted by wokies, so you will start finding their agenda as you go through it, chapter 1 is alright, but it gets heavier in 2, and in 3 it can be unbearable, I know I quit there.

End of the day, its your choice, but id say yes, it is worth a shot at least, to see what its all about.

Oh, and you shouldnt even think of this game as a sequel to BG1 and 2. That story was told, this one is entirely different and for the most part unrelated to that one.

Wouldn't call it seamless considering common builds like sentinel+polearm master still don't work.

This is completely wrong. Remind me to dedicate a separate section to reactivity in my upcoming revioo.

I originally meant to say that Larian lowkey extremely based to give the devil dealmaker character a heeb name and a distinctly jewish phenotype, I think they don't get enough credit for dis one.

Yeah, I was also wondering wtf he was talking about. Raphael looks like a cross between Wincott and Andy Garcia, and definitely could have played a character in the Godfather. There's nothing Jewish about him, the nose is much more Greco-Roman than Semitic.

I scored an average of 3050 over 10 rounds in today's EthnoGuessr, with 4 perfect rounds. Serviceable, but I need to get better :ugeek:

Imagine how amazing a game could be if it was make by a whole team of talented, entirely White, nationalistic men not beholden to any publisher's meddling. That could single-handedly save the military shooter genre and RPGs from this gay jewish demoralization crap. Just imagine A Rainbow Six-like FPS-RPG game where you dismantle subversive communist elements across the globe, destroying *** left and right, restoring national sovereignty to each country, all of it ending with a climatic battle razing Israel to the ground. THAT would be entertainment I'd pay for. :knight-cross: It'll never happen, but a man can dream...

I got 4 perfect rounds!

What really threw my average into the gutter was the 2 rounds I got people from Saudi Arabia and Nepal, which I really don't care for so my guess was way off. But, I unironically really liked this game!
