Because you have no concept of history and the sequence of things. Re-read your own sentence and try again to understand why I was talking about ca. AD 400.ArcaneLurker wrote: β April 5th, 2025, 15:39Are you so ******* ******** that you can't understand what I'm saying? Why are you going on about 400 AD?fkirenicus wrote: β April 5th, 2025, 15:12By ca. 400 AD there probably weren't (m)any **** in England, no. Then again, there was no England at that time (Winchester, Northumbria...). They gradually moved north-west during the dark and medieval ages. They followed trade, crafts and generally sought livelyhood just as the vikings did from the north.ArcaneLurker wrote: β April 5th, 2025, 13:58You are an abject ****** if you believe that the **** were in England before England had been converted to Christianity.
Hint: the Roman empire officially became christian during the 300s. Ever heard of Constantine and Theodosius, for example? Then consider the fall of the western part after 476 and the chaos that followed.
But really, I don't know why I bother to try and teach you anything. Clearly you are both unwilling and unable to find information about basic real history anyway.
