ATOM RPG

In 1986 both the Soviet Union and the Western Bloc were destroyed in mutual nuclear bombings. You are one of the survivors of the nuclear Holocaust. Your mission - to explore the wild and wondrous world of the Soviet Wasteland. To earn your place under the sun. And to investigate a shadowy conspiracy, aimed at destroying all that is left of life on Earth.

Voting for Underrail

Also, I do not want prizes, so if I "win" I'd like to forfeit my prize and instead have Oyster have it for hosting these and for the Christmas special one he did

Arcanum. I need an excuse to maybe play that game finally.

All I remember from Arcanum is the awesome sting music in the main menu and building nifty gadgets, like the technoarmor and a steampunk pistol.
I think there's a quest about a cop and his daughter that he fathered by cuckolding his friend in ATOM RPG.
Why is there a ***** early access mobile shovelware on this list?
And Underrail wouldn't launch on my old PC no matter what I tried.

It's not early access though, the game is complete and has received two major free updates, plus a paid one.

It's okay to dislike the game, but the ****** have put more passion into this project than the vast majority of Western devs ever do.

I think I saw an early access label when googling the game. Must've been an old review that popped up.
And I don't really care about that game either way, I was just describing what it looked like.

Both ATOM and Hero's Adventure are fine by me but I voted for the former as it is the game I am currently playing.
Hero's Adventure is an amazing game and what put Chinese games on the radar for me. It's a wholesome, degeneracy-free game which is a real breath of fresh air with all of the ****** pozzed games that come out every month. You can even make your harem. :smug:

C(hinese)RPGs are in, JRPGs are out. Att. @rusty_shackleford

To be honest, a game that had a ****** translation rescued by Chinaboos community volunteers doesn't really deserve to join the classics but :weeb:

As ATOM will probably win, I wanted to share that it is discounted on GoG and that the discount will last 1 more day before ending for anyone that might be interested in it
https://www.gog.com/en/game/atom_rpg_po ... indie_game

As this was the first I heard of this game, do please look about before adding anything to the cart as I saw there is some "supporter pack" and a sequel/expansion too, I just wanted to share that it is discounted presently.

Should Trudograd be considered a separate entry? Wikipedia isn't very helpful

Yes, it's a standalone expansion/sequel.

And now I realize I'm saying the same as the quote.

It is separate.

I am surprised I never knew of ATOM before. So far it is being a true "blast from the past" that makes me quite surprised it has actually been made rather recently. Looking forward to playing more of this one!

How did I get this picture?

NEUTRON mod
clickable link to ModDB
(NeutronT is the version for the Trudograd sequel)

Highly recommended for any playthrough!
It's quite customizable as well. RTFMS!!!

( and don't forget to put the 0Harmony.dll into the game folder ATOM RPG\AtomRPG_x64_Data\Managed, which is NOT where you put the mod (RTFMS for that), because the instructions are a bit vague on that point )

You may as well not bother replying to my posts if it's to argue anything except concrete facts or your personal opinion. I still probably won't see it.

There's actually a better talent tree mod on a Steam Workshop page, strangely named "A Better Talent Tree"
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/ ... 2104016514

But, sadly, it's incompatible with Neutron. (I think...)
(It would be wonderful if someone could MAKE it compatible, or add this code into Neutron instead of Neutron's version, but I haven't a clue how to do it myself. Potential bounty from me if someone wants to take it on!)
