They either write entirely tongue and cheek every line with the wit of a rock, or... they write "serious" and it comes off like a bad pen and paper LARP session. They can't write, they can't "act", they can't make games. I would say they should all be flipping burgers, but the reality is they are too incompetent to even effectively do that job. I really hate this industry.

Somehow, I have a premonition about the Fable reboot: it will either fail miserably, leading to Fable being shelved again , or it will be successful enough to bring about a new trend called British culture RPGs, which would be sufficient for the nuFable team to develop a sequel.



I hope Playground learned something from the Witcher series, and not just the combat of Witcher 3...

It's obvious how the custom character creation was something that was added later.

Devs showed their game, people expectedly disliked the ugly main character, someone at MS told devs to add a custom character editor, devs did multiple delays because they had to redesign half of the game due to all the quests being written around a female protagonist.

And despite all of that their 'male' playable character still has feminine walking animations.
