My issue isn't the restrictions of their hardware exactly, but the fact that their control inputs are extremely limited and drive the games design. I preferred when consoles were greatly limited compared to PCs and the design of them were kept segregated. Many 3d action games (non-arcade) are severely limited by the input limitations and it forces numerous mechanics in the design of the game (cover positions, iron sights, etc...) not to mention the ridiculous logic they have to use in the menu systems to which now dominate PC gaming. People don't even realize how handicapped these games are because everything has been designed from that template.

It is only on occasion do you see PC based concepts fully realized in a PC game and even that these days is disappearing due to most games being designed around the console input interactions so even if you get a PC only game, you will often see ******** console input designs being used.

I have nothing against consoles to be honest, just like I enjoy the arcade games of the past, but I wouldn't want their input dictating a PC games design unless it was conceptualized naturally for it (ie it makes sense many arcade game use simplistic stick/button style).

While I agree that said input limitations drove game design, most consoles either had mouse/keyboard peripherals and/or the capability for third-parties to make one that worked with their proprietary connector (modern consoles can use USB Keyboard/Mice, if the game allows it). Most developers simply didn't care to build upon such capabilities.

I have to say that the marketing for this game was genius. All Vavra had to do was get a bunch of e-thots, both Left wing and Right wing, to promote his humiliation ritual of a game and these men would buy the game like flies on ****. I've noticed that a lot of men are defending the game because their favorite e-thot likes the game due to the gay sex and are defending it to defend their ladies honor. And everyone and their mother is claiming that BG3 is not woke (except the based chuds, of course), that Last of Us is a great game instead of movie slop that was also woke, and that KCD2 is definitely not woke, even though it's arguably more woke than even ******* BG3 since at least BG3 let you kill the **** and ******, whereas KCD2 is a huge humiliation ritual for the white christian heterosexual main character, Henry, and thus by proxy, a non stop humiliation ritual for the Player.

Normies are essentially women. If their surrounding circle of influence, and the garbage "internet personalities" they follow tell them something is not woke and it's "fun" and "OK to consoom" then they are happy. With KCD2 they hid much of the egregious woke stuff 30-40 hours in the game. They knew by that point the grifters wouldn't care and have moved on to the next clickbait, gamers wouldn't be able to refund the game, and that many gamers would be too invested to quit the game by that point. As I said before, these Western devs were never going to give up the woke ****. They were just going to find different ways to be sneaky with how they implement it.

Also, something that both me and @Cheeseknife have noticed is that a lot of the so called "Right Wingers" are getting really mad and anal over people attacking their favorite e-thot that defended this game and at people saying that women need to be gate kept out of gaming. I have noticed many so called "Right Wingers" use Left Wing talking points and insults to defend the so called "Gamer Girls" coming into gaming and making it lame and gay. Got over 110hours in it now and except for the gypsies it was quite enjoyable if you ignore the mainquest in kuttenberg. Think I will just start over with a different build once that the jew/Musa stuff starts in the mainstory. And there is still no mod which makes all npcs mortal or stops them from respawning completly.
