Stop accepting sloth as a-matter-of-fact and go work out. You don't even have to try too hard. Start with a walk and a 2h work out session/week. Gradually move onto 4 sessions and walk around more.
And, if you're a Christian, there is a reason why you fast every Wednesday and Friday. Having a strict "vegan" diet 2 days a week means you get minimal amounts of energy, but a lot of vitamins and minerals.
