That figure includes salary, benefits, tool/equipment, subscriptions, taxes, and other costs. Doing this for Troonguard gets you a figure between 300m-400m, depending on how many years (6-8) you think they were in full production.

In contracting, Slavs are about half the cost of an American developer, so use 100k instead of 200k unless we have reason to believe Czechs are cheaper. If Warhorse is around 250 people and it's been in development since 2019, production costs are going to be between 100m-150m, depending on how many years you think they were in full production.
That's too high. Those 250 include community managers, other marketing people, HR etc. They won't get anything near 100k. You would also need to consider marketing spendings in your calculation. If the total budget of 1 was around 40M, it's more likely this on is probably max. 80M.

Talking slav. Still, your number is likely too high. You had 130 working on the first one, budget was close to 40M. Now you got around twice as many people, with a budget probably also around doubled up.

KCD had more people work on it, actual developers, than Skyrim btw.
It would be impossible to replicate something like Skyrim in current conditions, let alone fnv, fallout 2, etc.,

There's just zero thought to the fun of the gameplay.
Say what you will about Skyrim, but the animations for fighting and finishers with all weapons look pretty cool and much more interesting.
Bethesda also didn't think much about the melee combat gameplay, it's just the same as Oblivion (which feels nicer to me for some reason) with some slight differences with magic and an killcams/ finishers incorporated. No matter what, it quickly gets boring chipping big health pools down with a paddle, but at least it offers a lot of player freedom, and fits with the open world sandbox element.

Mordhau created an amazing first person Medieval combat system and it's inspired no one else because seemingly everyone has to stoop to Journo levels of difficulty. Doesnt seem to be the case in KCD2 really the shortsword seems pretty op in that clip even tho he said he didnt really have many perks in blunt/axe weapon. But to be fair the guards arent in full plate armor.

Well, thats because most likely, the game will have solid mechanics, the combat looks better, main story will probably be solid, side quests decent (for the most part, besides a certain questline :smug: ). Which is something u cant say for something like Veilguard, where just everything is wrong. Its just that it had to be all stained by "sprinkling" some gay and black seasoning on top of it.

Imagine old-fagging on a forum that isn't even 2 years old to someone whose account is only about 3 months younger than your own. I guess what they say is true: You can take the femboi out of the Codex, but you can't take the Codex out of the femboi.
Majority of users here are non-codexers.
Vergil 100% was though. He didn't deny it and instead old-fagged some more.
