Like 90% of human enemies in FNV were men. It's kinda ****** of Sawyer to create a perk that lets you deal bonus damage against the most prevalent enemy in the game, but make said perk gay.

He tried to fix it in his personal patch by making the lady killer perk do even more damage to women but it's simply not enough to make up for the disparity.
