Istvan, the main antagonist of the first game, was a homo. Perhaps KCD2 has some scenes where Istvan does something gay, and Saudis banned the game for it even though it might be shown in a negative way?

Not to add to your misery, but if you look at a list of games that are allowed to be sold in Saudi Arabia, the list is fairly extensive and usually features games with lots of graphic violence and sexual content, but of note are games like Final Fantasy XVI and TLOU2 that were explicitly mentioned to have been banned for featuring homosexual content.

With TLOU2 you could argue, maybe, that the homosexual content was just the last straw, but FFXVI was fairly innocuous when it came to violence and sex, so the only possible reason why it would be banned was because of the two ******* kissing.

So, if they banned it, and specifically said they did so because of a graphic scene of homosexual sex, then we can take them at their word.
