I think it would better serve:
1) showing if they are actually progressing.
2) Information in more detail about the changes over time essentially from the horses mouth (I will try to keep it updated as they roll out).

► Build 0.15.189, Released: 11th Nov,2024
Known Issues
• Attributes now apply their intended modifiers. (Bugged - still using old values)
• Many quest NPCs will not respond to the player to offer their quest or will not accept turn-ins.
• Martial Cloth armor (for monks) does not currently have its intended visuals and will look the same as other cloth armor.
• NPCs and crafting stations in newly decorated buildings may overlap with other furniture and props.
• Crafted bags do not currently have a weight of their own (they are intended to have a weight value).
General
• Ogres and Dwarves can now be created in character creation. And there was much rejoicing!
• Added a first pass at basic character customization to character creation. More is planned for later.
• Updated elf female hair models.
• Various animations got updated.
• Added a message to /consider for chevron (group) mobs. More work will be done on /con for chevron mobs in the future to better represent the difficulty in con color and message, this is just a quick add to give newbies a little heads up.
• Added /gu as an alias for the guild chat channel (/guild and /gs also work).
• Changed the name of the "Performance" setting to "Render Quality" to clarify that setting it to "High" gives a better render quality but lower performance/fps than Medium or Low. Low gives the lowest quality but highest FPS.
• Chainmail armor items should now be displayed properly when equipped.
• Added a new tutorial popup for when a player considers a group mob for the first time.
• Added a message to let players know that only the guild leader is allowed to disband the guild, instead of prompting any guild member that tries the command and then letting them know they can't do that.
• Added an error message to /guilddisband if it is used by a player who isn't in a guild.
• NPC task queue fixed. Mobs will no longer chase a player until they land an attack before switching targets.
• Pet combat formulas have been reworked to function more like players. This hasn't had a balance pass; please give feedback if anything unexpected occurs.
• Bonus critical hit damage no longer bypasses mitigation.
• Dual wield weapon delays work independently.
• Off-hand weapon damage has a 50% damage penalty (before modifiers).
• Traits removed from class vendors.
• Lull effects were reduced to compensate for an adjustment to indoor dungeon assist radius.
• NPC damage has been reworked. Please provide feedback on how this feels (specify class, level, group/solo, ability or auto damage). Previously, minimum damage was set very low, but every attack had a large RNG component of bonus damage applied to auto attacks and abilities. Overall damage output is expected to be higher but more predictable. For group content, you may want to bring at least one person who can slow.
• Many NPC abilities were adjusted to consider the new damage pacing. Please report any NPC auto attacks or abilities that are acting differently (unusually high/low damage).
• Traits for NPCs should be more common across the world. Some scaling on the existing traits has been adjusted.
• Formulas for attack and move speed were reworked to function more appropriately when stacked.
• Bonus experience for group NPCs has been adjusted based on location and overall difficulty level of the environment. Group NPCs in the Thronefast Spider Cave, Spirit Manor, and Gadai Fortress will have a reduced bonus compared to NPCs in the Goblin Caves, Mad Run, Hanggore, and Halnir Cave.
World
• Skitterfang spiders now recognize threats to their brood even if they are not being directly attacked and will respond accordingly.
Balance
All the combat changes up to this point have been to get our balance dials set up and functioning properly while keeping the game in a playable state. With this patch, most of those dials are now enabled and things are set at a baseline. Feedback on combat (solo/group) after these changes is incredibly valuable as we are in a place to act on them. We do still have a few more major changes coming, such as an itemization pass. Hop in and play, and give us feedback; lots of knobs to adjust over the next few weeks!

Items
After evaluating player feedback from the last patch, the following changes are being made:
• Weapon damage and delay have been increased. All weapons will now hit harder and be slightly slower than before.
• As the rarity of a weapon increases, it will become both stronger and faster than other similar weapons of the same level. This is in addition to any bonus stats that the weapon possesses.
• Common weapons now have slight improvements to their damage values at higher levels.
• All level requirements are being removed from all equipped items.
• Additional uncommon and rare items are in the process of being added to adventuring encounters throughout the game world.
Determining Item Rarity
• Common items drop from most humanoid NPCs and do not have bonus stats. These may sometimes include cosmetic versions (e.g., frostbitten weapons or fadetorn armor). These items are intended primarily for salvaging or selling but may be used as equipment if nothing better is available.
• Uncommon items may drop from many normal (non-named) NPCs. These items will have bonus stats and will generally offer better base stats than Common items in the same level range.
• Rare items drop from named NPCs. These items will often have substantially higher base stats than Common or Uncommon items in the same level range and will also carry bonus stats. There are multiple degrees of rarity - the most powerful rare items are also the hardest to obtain.
Crafting - General
Equipment crafting is being adjusted for EA to align with the rarity-based approach outlined above:
• Low-level crafters will be able to make Common-quality equipment (without bonus stats) by purchasing schematics from a vendor, as today.
• Rare crafting components and schematics will be obtainable via faction vendors (with the appropriate faction) or as drops from named NPCs.
• The most powerful crafted items will require a combination of dropped schematics as well as dropped/quested or factional components and materials to create, in addition to gathered rare resources.
• Additional rare items and rare crafting materials, components, and schematics will be added to the game on an ongoing basis.
• Celestium Dust is no longer used as an optional material in component crafting. It is now a required material for creating uncommon- and rare-quality crafted components and items.
Gathering
• Celestium Dust may now be gathered from gathering nodes of all sizes and levels.
• The drop rate for Celestium Dust has been slightly increased.

► Build 0.15.648 Released: 14th Jan, 2025
General
You should now feel a bit more powerful in combat against mobs that are lower level than you (light blue, green and grey mobs).
When a server is too full to allow any more players to login, its name will be greyed out, show a red ban symbol, and it won’t be selectable for login. When a server is in that state, you will either need to wait a few minutes and try again, login to another shard with the same server name (if available) or create an alt on another server name with a lower population.
Added a light source equip slot to the character sheet where you can equip your torch to provide light.
Added a disconnect due to inactivity dialog that’s shown if a player is disconnected for taking too long to choose a realm/server on the realms list screen.
Mobs that are over level two will now have their corpses timeout after seven minutes (provided they have loot), and they can be looted by anyone after four minutes. Level one and two NPCs keep the current timeout of two minutes and the one minute till anyone can loot time.
Removed collision off the cliff's edge of spirit manor. Beware, stepping onto thin air in that area will now result in a terrifying free fall.
New solo/small group and group content for levels ~15-20 has been added to Avendyr's Pass

STEAM USERS: Please note that you will likely lose your settings and macros with this patch, as these changes only start working AFTER the patch. To keep any existing macros and settings you have, we would suggest you copy all of the files in your Pantheon Rise of the Fallen/Settings directory to another location (such as your desktop) before steam patches Pantheon, and then copy them back into the Settings directory after the patch is complete and before you run the game.
Fixed an issue that was sometimes preventing lower level abilities in an ability line from being added to a hot bar.
Fixed an issue where the mouse sensitivity slider wasn't working. Note that this slider only affects how much the camera is moved when holding the left or right mouse button, it doesn’t affect how quickly the mouse pointer moves in game (you would need to adjust that in your OS settings or mouse software).

► Build 0.15.837 Released: February 6, 2025
General
Known Issues
While Unity 6 is giving us a VAST improvement in many areas, we do expect to see some degradation of sunlight and shadow in the overland areas. These things will improve as we work closely with the Unity team to improve the engine performance in these areas. For now, Kyle has put a workaround in place so that we may enjoy the benefits of Unity 6 now. What to expect from this Unity 6 update: Cave lighting should be improved quite a bit, especially the transition from inside to outside.
You can now see the outside light when standing inside a dark cave.
Overall performance is improved and instability on some machines (including laptops) should be a lot better.
Game size less than half (on disk).
Overall memory and vram use is lower.
Performance in dungeons should be substantially better.
Now, on to the patch notes... Upgraded the engine to Unity 6. You may see a performance improvement. This was a significant version upgrade, so please let us know if some things are not rendering anymore or if there are new issues that didn’t exist previously.
Added a feedback message when trying to add an ability to a hot bar when that hot bar is already full.
Techniques will now show "technique" instead of "instant" in the list of abilities in the codex.
The offensive and defensive target windows now show that target's current offensive target (if they have one) below the target window. Clicking on the name/health bar will target that mob/player.
The Shield skill never skills up, so it will now be displayed as 1/1 if you possess that skill.
Added the /ignore command, which will allow you to ignore chat messages from other players by name, such as "/ignore Fred" to ignore a character named Fred. If Fred was already being ignored, then that would remove them from the ignore list. "/ignore" without a character name will list characters you are ignoring. UI support will need to come later.
Window positions, key binds, and macros are now saved uniquely per character. So, you can have different key binds, macros, and window positions for each of your characters. These will now reside in the “\Users\\AppData\LocalLow\Visionary Realms\Pantheon\Settings\CharacterSettings†directory. New characters (and your existing characters the first time they are loaded in this new build) should start with your existing key binds, macros, and window positions, but any changes you make while playing those characters after that will be saved and loaded just for that character.
Vendor prices can now display mithril and platinum.
New options added in the “Graphics†tab of the settings window to allow you more control over rendering, such as the “Shadow Distance†slider is now hooked up, and Ambient Occlusion, Global Illumination, and Dynamic Resolution (toggles either DLSS or FSR, depending on whether you have an Nvidia or AMD GPU) are all working and can be switched on and off.
Can now see outside light when inside caves.
Improved quality and reliability of outside <-> cave transitions.
Hooked up breath VFX for cold environments.
World/Content
- The Knightwolf Knoll has been added to Eastern Plains. One of the most recent areas of interest in the Eastern Plains, Knightwolf Knoll used to be known primarily for its reclusive Fae population. But since the gathering of the Knightwolves under the Wycan in the last decade, it has gained a less idyllic notoriety. To the outsider, it is nothing more than a den of ferocious wolves.
Items
The potency of alchemical Essence potions has been increased.
The debuff for the potion of Rapid Egress will now always be applied, even if the beneficial effect is manually removed from the player.
The potency of some drink items has been increased.
The potency of some food items has been increased.
The Consecrated Shield has been updated visually, and the potency of its effect has been increased.
Reduced the spell damage bonus from Cursed Empowerment from 35% to 25%
Added itemization for remaining named/rare NPCs in Hanggore
Added itemization to the Mountain Drakes in AVP
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where some lower tier abilities, such as the shaman mantles, could not be added to the hot bar once higher tier ones in the line were learned.
Fix for some player corpse looting issues.
Fixed an issue that was allowing things like colored text in chat.
Adjustments to monk feign death to fix some things that were breaking the monk out of a successful feign.
Fixed a section of Avendyr’s Pass south of the road to Demith where players were getting teleported back and forth between Thronefast and AVP.
Fixed some exploits.
Fixed an issue where sometimes a player corpse that was looted would reappear with nothing on it every time the player relogged. If you have old corpses laying around that were doing this, try looting them again. They'll probably have at least one item on them that you were never able to loot before.
Fixed some NPCs spawning with bad rotations.
Fixed various assets rendering pure black in some caves.
NPC abilities Phobia and Mass Terror will no longer fear NPCs.
Fixed zoning between AVP/EP near cliffs.
