Careful with that, TVTropes is pozzed to hell and back. They'll try to shove their LGBTQTFBBQ stuff everywhere, even if it's just in their own heads.KnightoftheWind wrote: ↑ October 13th, 2024, 14:44I just realised the "Ambigiously Gay" section in popular redditor site, TVTropes, could be another way to curate games/films with woke elements.

You can certainly use it as a list for targets but definitely double-check to be sure.
Gosh, the majority of this is just delusional woke speculation or straight-up lies.KnightoftheWind wrote: ↑ October 13th, 2024, 14:44I just realised the "Ambigiously Gay” section in popular redditor site, TVTropes, could be another way to curate games/films with woke elements.

For example, about Akechi from Persona 5:
It can only be interpreted as flirting by a rotten homo brain that wants to see it that way and substitutes context.happens to make a lot of comments towards the male protagonist during their confidant that can be interpreted as flirting
It's called humor. If they take ironic phrases like “honey, I'm home” as flirting, it just says that there is nothing in their life but their depraved gay fetish.with the protagonist also getting a few chances to respond to him with similar comments.
What the **** is this moron wrote? It's also worth noting that Akechi is the only male Phantom Thief who doesn't have any Ship Tease moments with a female character,
None of the male Phantom Thief have "ship tease moments" with the female characters. Because all the female characters have "ship tease moments" only with the main character. Even if the player keeps a platonic relationship with everyone (which requires the player to literally reject their romantic moves toward him at some point), the game still constantly shows that they are all interested in the main character romantically. You'd have to be absolutely stupid not to see that the game's plot is structured this way. And it's a natural.
It's a japanese game made for healthy males and built around their perspectives. Not some woke **** with disgusting globo-homo propaganda made for "fandom" of freaks.

Vaeltaja is non-political(With regards to 'modern politics' that is) according to the developer. It is, however, in early access so I don't know what your stance on that is, @Furin.

Anyone trying to find some modern politics or other crap from this game will be disappointed. Human npcs in that world are white - it's a fantasy setting inspired by European middle-ages. There are two other races than humans, Arkon (silver skinned) and Anuna (bronze skinned), but they are not some allegory of today's racial issues. Main character's gender can be chosen from male or female, but that's it for the gender. There's no 'other', 'them/they' etc.
Unless early access is excluded, that seems like a candidate for recommended.

The creators of this game are apparently terminal leftoids.

If you still have any interest in playing this game, I recommend pirating the GOG version.

I find ironic, that game name is "Drova" which is pronunciation for word "дрова" which translates as "firewood", witch if used in relation to software means shovelware. Kinda describes all this games funded by government and pushing lgtv agenda.

I've seen far too many games that were fine during early access but then had Woke stuff added later.
Off the top of my head, one of the most common changes I've seen is when a game that uses "sex" or "gender" for male/female during character creation later switches to "body type" instead.

In all seriousness, in contrast to the dishonest revisionism that the leftards love so much, the guy who made that Black Panther art is right that there has always been White people in Africa, some time periods having more than others, and there are even words in the African languages that describe them like "Bidān" which means "White-Moor", and other pre-Arabic ethnic Berber groups with native White peoples as well.logincrash wrote: ↑ October 16th, 2024, 03:44UltraFan123 wrote: ↑ October 15th, 2024, 16:43One of the reasons I'm learning digital art is so that I can create self-published webcomics, and now I'm burning with the desire to make a fantasy setting inspired by medieval Africa but features a White blue-eyed man as the main character.

So basically, if you are making a story set in Africa and your main character is a White guy, then you are basically representing an "underrepresented minority". lmfao

Fair enough. Nevertheless I just want to say that changes like that won't be happening with this game and here's couple of reasons:
1. I don't have a publisher to force me to put anything I don't want/like in the game. I'm not looking for a publisher because I believe in the freedom to create the kind of game I want to create, so last thing I want is someone to tell me what I should put in the game and what I shouldn't. Sure, it will probably cost me sales, but I'm not here to please anyone - first and foremost I'm here to make a game that I would like to play myself. I will listen to feedback if it's about gameplay, but I'm not changing 'gender' to 'body type' because someone, who most likely wouldn't even play the game, might get offended. Personally, I don't give a **** if people want to identify themselves as a ******* kangaroos as long as they don't come to tell me what to think or feel - I'm perfectly capable of thinking things on my own and if someone has a problem with that, it's really not MY problem.
2. I want this game to be fun to play. Sure, there might be some social commentary in the final version about what happens when you give the responsibility of yourself to authorities or some loudmouths who get offended by other people's opinions (which I think is one of the stupidest things to get offended by), and let others do the thinking for you. Or there might not be. But if there is, that is just my own worldview reflecting in the story and I can assure you that I'm not happy how things are going in our world, but if people want to act like idiots, that's fine by me as long as they don't drag me into it (I'm a hermit by my nature and I'm not interested in fighting for anyone but myself). Of course I could make a generic story about a kingdom in peril without any deeper meanings, but what's the fun in that. If the game encourages others to think things with their own brains, that's a good thing, but it's not something that I'm trying to accomplish. I just want to create a game that is fun to play - a game that doesn't hold hands or underestimate the player. A game with somewhat mature story without unnecessary profanity, romances or sexual interactions/sub-content. You know, a proper RPG like we used to have back in the 'good old days' before everything got so ******* political.
And that's all I have to say about this subject.

Because the woke RPG list thread still shows up and never 'disappeared' like that, missing for only one day: This is for the exact same search query.
