Not too sure what to make of this

I've never heard of the 9th Dawn games, but this one sounds like it doesn't have a clear design direction: overhead view and first person? Multiplayer coop and single player? Pick something and design for that.

Ugh, and it has crafting mini-games? Pass.

I played one game in the series with my wife couch coop. She loved it, but I got bored very quickly. It's like @Acrux said: the game goes in lots of different directions and it's shallow as a puddle in all of them. I didn't enjoy the art direction and graphics either.

It was enjoyable for me for maaaaaybe 10 hours, just from learning all the systems and running around the world. Even that wouldn't have been much if I wasn't playing with my wife.

Inspired by Might & Magic VI and Wizardry 8, looks like.

You may as well not bother replying to my posts if it's to argue anything except concrete facts or your personal opinion. I still probably won't see it.

"Dragonero is a classic turn-based RPG with a strategic twist that will challenge you: explore dungeons, plan journeys in a open world filled with events, and face dozens of enemies in turn-based combat. Follow the different champion's paths in this vast comic book-style fantasy universe."

Solo dev, and a decent guy.
Throws in a bit of everything because it's how he's learning programming and likes to try new things to expand his skill set.

Games are designed for tablets as the primary interface, but now also for Steam Deck.
They're not "sit down and play through" RPGs, they're intended as diversions while travelling, etc. And they're good for that as they have a lot more to them than most mobile games.

Neocore announced a DLC for WH40k Inquisitor Martyr, appears to still be selling well years after release.
Don't know if it's anywhere official, but this is from their newsletter:
That's not all, we have a pretty cool surprise for today! You have enjoyed the Sororitas Class as much as we did, and this enthusiasm has inspired us to create something new for Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr.

We are happy to announce that a new class DLC will be available later this year, namely, the Hierophant Class! You will assume the role of an Inquisitor who can call in multiple acolytes to form a squad. Use your faith and authority to inspire your acolytes to carry out the Emperor's will, manage them like a true leader, and teach the Imperium's truth to all the heretics in the Caligari sector!

We will reveal more details in the time leading up to the release, we hope you will like the new features and abilities!

This releases next month.

This looks like a really good flash game that came out 10 years ago, in a good way.

Terraria-ish(?) like RPG. Might have given it a pass by, but it's from Soldak, one of the oldest indie devs still around.

Seems like it's got an element of Noita too, with the physics and how triggers/ materials interact.

I think someone made a doom rpg-like game

Classic turn based dungeon crawling with an 80's action movie twist! Raid, explore, and fight through the grid-based island hq of a group of non-specific international terrorists and deliver hot lead freedom turn after turn. Secrets, puzzles, discovery, oversized weapons and the Commando Spirit!

Yes, it's by the same guy who made Dungeonmans.

In Blood of Mehran, explore sweeping sand dunes, bustling bazaars and sprawling palaces. Go blade to blade with enemies, pick them off from a distance with your arrows, or slip by them like a ghost. Level up and build your legend.
Explore a realistic recreation of Ancient Mesopotamia.

Tried the demo briefly. It feels very much like Runescape 3, not sure why everyone mentions OSRS. It almost seems like a carbon copy (of RS3) turned into a single player campaign. The intro is a bit confusing but that seems intentional. The story after that is pretty dull, especially for an opening meant to hook you. Audio is quite loud, even at its lowest setting. Fans of Runescape(3) will probably enjoy it.

You play as a strong, independent, female tribal chieftain to lead your diverse tribe through the struggles of the bronze age.

Holy cow, they are STILL working on that game? "Working". I played a demo back in 1999. It's not a good game.
