Probably would have missed it without the thread here, not terribly interested in the IP. But it looks amazing, for sure will buy during the next sale.

Not in Space Marine 2. So why do you bring this up here? Go to the Warhammer 40k thread. The ******* and asians being in SM2 I can understand bringing up but there are no custodes in SM2. There are only Space Marines here along Thousand Sons and Cadians. And Marneus Calgar.

For further Info, the female custodes is from the second Episodes of Tithes titled Harvest, not from Space Marine 2. Only one woman is in cutscenes and she is promptly killed off the same cutscene.

To be fair, making the protagonist of these games an actual (male) Custodes would make far more sense considering the quantity and caliber of enemies you go through.

The women version, a mini variant of Space marine bolter.

Darktide bolter may feel right, I was impressed myself when I first tried it. Unfortunately tho it's a meme gun that you'd only use to challenge yourself at higher diff, it literally fits NO builds in game (each career that can access to Bolter/Bolter Pistol has much better options) and the applicability of a weapon that kicks like a mule, with a damage profile that still requires headshotting 75% of targets you'd want to legit one shot is ridicule at best.

It's fun af tho. If your build doesn't rly need ranged or you can live up to the challenge anyway, it def feels right. I think in order to properly fix it they should embrace its naturally OP nature (even if those are far from the weapons used by SM), give it infinite flesh cleave and full AoE damage vs flak / armor /maniacs. Balance it out with clip size and ammo drops. I'd use a weapon I can whip off to cleave through a horde and damage an armored patrol or a far away elite/special. As it stands, bolter 'xpoles for lousy damage on first target, AoE is a meme and gl hitting anything more than 15 feet from you, especially after you shot the thing once. Zarona revolver does that a million times better and columnus infantry autogun somehow shits on 95% of the other guns in the game.

It may have been nerfed? It was never upper tier but near launch it was pretty common to see entire squads packing this thing on higher difficulties. I ran it myself when dagger bleed meta was a thing.

Nah, not really. Other weapons like the zarona have been improved tho, which is better for Elite/Special sniping, and if you want AoE, you can select flamer/plasma gun and delete hordes with those. Delete pretty much anything in case of the PG as it's definitely the most OP ranged weapon in game. This is just the meta setting in after a year or so and it's not that bolter is unusable or really bad, mind you. As usual, if you can carry yourself using one, be my guest!

The issue with bolter is, all tides games are about two things, mainly. Managing hordes / defending from melee mobbing and target priorization. The upper you go in difficulty, the more those aspects are stressed upon. You want your weapons to be reliable and quick, bolter is pretty decent on first shot, everything else in a salvo is pretty much a rng roll and the current AoE and penetration don't make up for the lack of reliability. Especially after the community understood how stacking damage and AoE works. A single flamer stacking the same fire effect on multiple models will initially take a bit more time to kill an armored headshotted with bolter, but as soon as those stacks rack up, you're deleting squads of elite. And on Damnation/AS level of play, you get rushed by patrols of 6 crushers or so, or a dozen armoured berserker. It just doesn't hold up.

She's a bong.

Also, how many alts do you need vergil? I know its you, your first post is about liver spots on a woman you're jealous of, in a video I posted weeks ago.

So it seems modding / model swapping is indeed possible. Now we just need someone to make all Ultramarines white/wear helmets during cutscenes and remove all women and blacks from the guard soldier npcs

Played for 80 mins then refunded. It's cool but for an action game it's got some clunkiness I just don't find appealing. The game would benefit from reducing special enemies health in half and just put more of them on screen.

The only review I've seen yet of a guy not being entertained and just casually being dismissive of it is Dunkey. But that's not surprising since he's a massive, gigantic libtard.

This game might go down in history as one of the better games ever made. Even I am tempted to buy it, and it's definitely not up my alley.

I like to think that Titus and Mira got together. With his repressed sex drive, the whole relationship could be much cuter.

Like the battle is over, and Mira lets her hair down and puts on a nice outfit, and Titus is out of armor and neither knows what to do as they go out on a date. Titus struggles to understand the concept of fun and Mira isn't sure what to say to someone like a space marine, so they just cuddle under the stars and enjoy the warmth.

And then before battle, you see Titus with clippers about to shave his head and Mira pops in, saying "Taking it all off?" and he responds with, "It is regulation after all" she shrugs and says "I like it better like this"

Then the next day as they are about to leave for the assault, Titus takes his helmet off to reveal that his hair is still the same length it was the night before.

And when Titus finally retires from the military, the two of them can move to a planet untouched by war and raise a family. Who knows, maybe one of their tough daughters could become the first female space marine :3

Huh, now I wonder if that particular Space Marines chapter that always keeps contact with their families, I think they're the Salamanders, would be able to pass on their "super gene" in the event that one or more of them decide to start a family.

I think that would be pretty OP if a superhuman were able to be produced that way. 🤔
