4 - Mount & Blade: Warband
5 - Dragons Dogma: Dark Arisen

This is probably my current list, but I have played so many RPGs, some I've forgotten, others I remember faintly, others I still play routinely.

Reasoning:

Kenshi is perhaps the greatest Sandbox RPG of all time

Morrowind is one of the best Sandbox / Narrative RPGs of all time

Dragon Age: Origins may well be the greatest Narrative RPG of all time

Mount & Blade: Warband is one of the greatest Sandbox / Tactical RPGs of all time

Dragons Dogma: Dark Arisen is among the greatest Sandbox RPGs and has some of the finest combat in the genre - it is also far better than Dark Souls.
