This happens before you speak to Karlach.

And this happens if your animation level of detail isn't set to high. Might wanna add that to the description if you can't get that fixed.

To clarify, I already mentioned the first issue in a post. It appears when you're far away from Karlach, not because you haven't spoken to her.

It's an issue with the Blender exporter/ importer which needs to be fixed but Norbyte will evidently never fix it. The alternative is to force the hi-definition model to run at every LOD level.

I wanted her to have piercings and that one looked the best to me. I'm not a fan of the septum or eyebrow piercings either but I really liked the earrings

About the other thing: I had to turn my graphics setting down to see the issue you posted with the floating head though. Didn't realise it was that bad.
