I think this might just need to be stuff fixed in the lsx. I’ve had to deal with so much garbage like this for the aesthetics mod.

IIRC, the general rule of thumb when using head replacers is to set your animation level of detail to high or they won't display properly. So at the very least, that aspect is not the mod maker's responsibility. If your PC is too potato to handle that setting at max, too bad for you. The LOD issue should still be tackled, though.

To clarify, I already mentioned the first issue in a post. It appears when you're far away from Karlach, not because you haven't spoken to her.
It's an issue with the Blender exporter/ importer which needs to be fixed but Norbyte will evidently never fix it. The alternative is to force the hi-definition model to run at every LOD level.

What's the second issue? Looks like a problem with armature.
Aside from the gross nose & eyebrow piercings!

I have some experience writing python scripts for blender, I might be able to do it if you make a thread on it somewhere and give me a bit of time to go over it.

Is it an exporter issue or is there an intermediate step where it's converted to the engine format and that's the issue?

I didn't see you mention the first issue, sorry.

I wanted her to have piercings and that one looked the best to me. I'm not a fan of the septum or eyebrow piercings either but I really liked the earrings. My character has earrings and I got a mod to give Astarion earrings too. :P

I have a way to get around the issue now and fix the mod.

About the other thing: I had to turn my graphics setting down to see the issue you posted with the floating head though. Didn't realise it was that bad.

It's been updated.
@loregamer managed to find the issue.
The LOD skeletonresources weren't updated to match the other, so now they all use the vanilla skeleton.

:lol: True, it's a combined effort, I used the same workaround for the Karlach head, but that alone didn't fix the issue, as it's not a straight up replacement like the Shadowheart one, there were XML lines to alter.
