At the beginning of your epic adventure, a mercenary mission takes you to the far north - but you’re also following up a mysterious lead at the same time – the first clue you’ve been given since Kyra’s disappearance. You're shocked during a meeting with the delegates of a dark Brotherhood - your sister’s kidnappers are indeed after your family’s relic. Whether there’s any truth in your family being the chosen ones or not, the others obviously believe it - and if you ever want to see Kyra again, you’ll have to act swiftly. You are the only person able to unlock the secrets of a dead god's tomb, and all the forces in the land want your help to seize its power.
This is the Kidz Klub version of The Adventurer's Guild. The goal is to get people playing more recent classics, weird little charming RPGs, hidden gems, and ideally give people a fun chance to try games they haven't played before with their good friends at RPGHQ. I highly encourage voting for games you haven't played before! Maybe try a completely new build if it's a game you've already finished.
How exactly are the requirements for games here different than the main thread? IDK just look at the list above and go with the flow. They should be approachable for people who haven't grown up with real old school CRPGS, and if they have direct sequels we should generally play them in order.

It'll be interesting to see if it is worthy of the praise I often see the series given, and I've never played it before, so my vote will be for Baldur's Gate.
Icewind Dale was quite good so I've got high expectations.
The Hall of Champions regarding Of Orcs and Men seem to have me missing, since I did complete the game too.
Edit: Thanks Oyster.
To be honest, I don't mind which game wins the vote, but I did fancy a Witcher 1 playthrough (Though I could probably do the whole trilogy on PC, could test my PC too)

Do not play the Steam/Beamdog versions then. Play the originals, entirely different experience.
I'm really struggling with Orcs & Men, mostly because the story isn't interesting, and the gameplay is too janky to carry the game. I was also in a bit of a funk, so hopefully I'll be able to complete the game in the next few weeks.

The game is 10 hours long and the combat is actually decent.

Make sure you talk to the wigga wearing a white robe in the first city about teleport stones so you can use this game's fast travel system and craft stones that will let you place your own fast travel points.
He's standing towards the back left side of the town in front of it's teleporter.

I'm just stating the facts.
Question is are you going to gargle the truth or swallow?
