If my character had vitiligo he would just use magic to not have vitiligo
There should be no ******** in fantasy, especially dnd since it had multiple items and spells that change your gender without resorting to cutting off your **** to turn it into a festering oozing hole of decay.
Nexus modders making transgender scar mods for the companions. They would just need to use Disguise Self. Are they stupid?

I'm reminded of this mod where it's barely gotten any downloads and such. It's mostly positive comments cuz the mod author was deleting negative ones. There is a "negative" comment left but only so that others could "educate" the so called "idiot"

most cases of vitiligo are limited to small parts of the body and are typically completely unnoticeable
I remember some BG3 reddit post from a fat woman saying how much she loves to be "represented" and she had a splotch of slightly whiter color on her white hand
[edit]
found it

Not sure if this would sound coomer but perhaps adding a second female option that is not an overly muscular version, but tall without the muscles would be a good idea? I'm no modder so if that is too much hassle, best to just ignore. Like I find it weird that all races are the same height no matter who you interact with. All male and female humans are same height along with all other races
I'm not a design monkey so I don't know if this would actually work or have a huge amount of effort, but apparently there is a tool called Outfit Builder that we could use if someone wants to do this.

I think it would be a good idea to replace the second female option with a taller but not really muscular version too. If anything, maybe just decrease the muscle size of female strong

Yeah, no muscles and more curves like some models, a lot of them from what I have seen are tall and either are curvy or thin.

Top one is Fist Jara that is currently ingame second the previous iteration of Fist Jara. As you can see she's meant to be involved in smuggling visas in Sharess' Caress, instead of being an obnoxious lesbian.

As lefty as Larian is, it really does seem like production was commandeered by less competent, more extreme lefties at some point.
It's clear someone went through all of these instances or NPCs and pointed out how they should be.

Yep, on other hand I recenlty revisited Neverwinter Nights 2 from 2006. It's kinda terryfing how D&D went from being focused on saving the world to promoting LGBT and being dating simulator with some violence in less then 20 years.
In my opinion BG3 would be much better if Larian instead of wiriting romances, focused on plot of Act 3.

The physics to any character outfits edited would be ruined as people haven't found a way to import/ export that yet.

I absolutely love it when an RPG has good romance, but if it's at the expense of the plot, then what's the point of continuing that particular story? Romance is always supposed to be kind of like a subplot to the main plot. If the main plot isn't good, why should you care about the romance?

BUT BUT BUT, you need to create new item LSX for every single item. Since it requires converting the virtual textures to regular textures. You can see how that can get tedious REALLY fast if you are doing every female item in the game.

EDIT: i might have confused that with something else. Ignore it.

This clearly happened. Nightsong was also radically changed. Datamining from the Beta shows a lot of different things (as well as a missing Companion - a Halfling Lycanthrope - who may have been scrapped for Halsin).

It's why the homosexuality increases exponentially as you get closer to the end of the game.

Nah, the lycantrope got axed because feedback for her was negative (yay, another strong independent womble...) and because the lycantropy transformation and system was fiddly and basically nothing but the druid's shapeshifting with extra bells and whistles.

She was shitcanned for a druid companion (a female blonde wood elf) who never made it out of the concept stage when Halsin grew in popularity. Larian realized that Halsin already travelled with the party (the shadowlands questline was already written) and just promoted him to playable character at that point to save on time/effort.

In other words: If we didn't have Halsin we would be stuck with one of two possible underwritten girlbosses. Thanks, I'll take Halsin. At least I can look at him without feeling my testosterone level dropping from sheer revulsion. Karlach and Lae'zel are about as much as I can take and only Lae'zel approaches something resembling a well-rounded character.

It's her vacuous and static personality I have a problem with, not her mannish physique.

Okay, I lie, I have a problem with both. But I wouldn't touch her with a ten foot pole even if the latter was fixed. She's the only companion not to have any kind of character arc. She gets her engine tinktered with, kills Gortash and.... she's exactly the same stronk independent womble she was before.

Gale overcomes his magic addiction and hybris, Wyll learns to deal with his daddy issues, Shadowheart has to discover her own ******* identity, Lae'zel gets to question everything she's ever known... Karlach is the only new character who is completely and utterly flat as far as, well, character goes. Even Halsin is better developed and he has like half the actual content!

Karlach is just unbearable. Speaks like the **** on social media and looks like a man. Big ******* red flag. I kill her on sight.
Halsin is a creepy old fart. I let Orin take care of him. Always.
Astarion dies because he is the typical elf *** and tries to murder me twice. Only my first run ever he made it to the camp. Staked him when he tried to bite me. Now he never survives our first encounter.
Gale looses his hand or i just walk away. In both cases he never leaves the portal he is stuck in. :)
Wyll is just boring. Never talk to him.
That leaves Lae'zel, Shadowheart and Minthara to be available for my team.
I love Durge. :)

If I ever get my hands on the one @Larian who actually wrote that utterly cringe-worthy greeting, I'll strangle they/them/it in cold blood.
It is quite fantastic - for an entire act I thought the game was extremely good, and then it all falls apart from the end of chapter 2, and plummets to the ground in chapter 3.
How about i change it to:
"Come to seek the grace of the moon maiden's light?"
