Monolith's last game came out seven years ago. Remember how they were able to pop multiple games every year?

Another candidate for "Chronicling the inability of gamedevs to make video games" thread.

Inadvertently.
Gamergate/culture war caused the industry to hire an incredible amount of non-white/asian males, many who don't have the skills or experience needed for the job.
Thank you for your attention to this matter!

Apparently they are working on an "Untitled Wonder Woman video game" release date "To Be Announced".

yeah but they couldn't be doing the same thing for seven years. Probably another case of a studio becoming full of incompetent people and mismanaging their projects.

They absolutely could be doing the same thing for seven years if they became full of incompetent people.

Don't understand how anyone can get excited about these types of sequel. It's always a massive rollback from previous versions.

This was never more apparent than Civ 6. It took several years and 2 expansions and 400 DLC packs to even approach a full game.
This looks even worse..

The trailer was just a buncha Femoids badly voice acting then PREORDER NOW CHUDS!!!!

No. :smug:

5 and 6 were such **** that I'm hoping they can't get worse and will actually improve. Let me cope!

I used to no-life the **** out of Civ 5 but dipped out of 6 after just a few hours because I couldn't stand that stupid ******* Fortnite character design and overall art style they went with - it was such a ridiculous downgrade from those Art Deco elements in 5 that I couldn't tolerate it regardless of any gameplay improvements they might've made along the way.

This is very neat and the kind of game that should actually be getting a remaster instead of the same AAA already popular and perfect stuff that usual does.
I'm just stating the facts.

Yeah, agreed. I don't understand why **** like Last of Us 1 gets a remaster for ps4 then a remake for ps5, then Last of Us 2 gets a remaster for PS5 even though it came out at the end of ps4's lifespan, and hell they do the same with Until Dawn now.

and its from Nightdive. I have actually not played any of their remasters, but they seem to be decent. Their selection of games for sure is great.

Can they just make a selective download so I can only install the zombies game mode and leave behind all of the 7983k giganigga ray traced parallax butthole textures that will be instantly turned off when I set the game to medium?

It wasn't a bad game, but the amount of shooting in the later stages really threw away any attempts at this game being categorized into horror-genre.

False flag. It's 300gb because it's part of the COD HQ Launcher. You can selectively download campaign, MP and Zombies. Same with MW3 and MW2, Cold War, Vanguard.

This is a good thing. Pure horror games where all you can do is run around and do nothing against enemies are lame.

If you have more action as the game progresses its good, its hard to keep you scared when you've already learned about how to play around the spooky enemies anyways.

The movie was about tension and those later levels have none of it, you just blasting trough linear levels with only thing to stop you being human enemies with guns, everything else is just there to magdump at before finishing it off with flamer.

When's the last time a company received negative feedback about a character's design and then changed it for the better?

Its not a videogame but the sonic movie is the last thing I can think of. I'm pretty sure that was an intentional marketing gimmick though :Inspector:
