In the last week I've launched AC Syndicate and Pathfinder: Kingmaker. Both games had non-skippable messages/logos that made if feel like it took an age to get to the game. I'd be lying if I said I didn't get unnecessarily angry. I've actually continued to play AC Syndicate the last few days but loading it up is so frustrating.
I'm not sure if I'm just used to more recent games not doing this, if I've developed ADHD or just become a grumpy old man.

You can generally delete the logo/intro files in the install directory and the game will just shrug and boot up.
Worst case, download a zero second video file of the same format (easily found for most types) and replace the originals with copies of the blank one named the same.
(I've only had to do the last one once. I forget which game bitched about missing assets.)

Although additional costs were incurred in the process, it ultimately resulted in a competitive ArenaNet. Rather than looking at the deficit as a number, NC contributed to strengthening competitiveness in the United States.

ArenaNet has a meaningful IP called ‘Guild Wars’, and after Guild Wars 2, they are currently working on ‘Guild Wars 3’. Looking at this process, we have considerable competitiveness. Although it is not completely profitable, I believe that it has increased its competitiveness.

Given how Anet's other projects died stillborn and how GW2 has been languishing for the past five years, I'm doubtful this will turn out good.
