What to do when your post is pending review!

Greetings, new friends. You may have noticed when you first make a post that you are greeted with a page that tells you that your post is waiting review. Do not fret! This should be taken care of in at most a few minutes. We have a large selection of internet janitors who are paid in hotpockets to stay on top of this.
